Devonte has been great with customer service for roughly 4 years I've been coming to this walgreens. He is the nicest and most friendly employee I've come across at this location. He definitely deserves a raise.

Best Walgreen ever. Professional, compassionate and empathetic staff. This not the closest Walgreens to my home however, I will gladly drive across Virginia Beach for their customer service ...they care and make me feel special. You cannot put a pricetag on that.

No customer service, whatsoever. My antibiotic prescription was missing a pill (received 5 out of 6) when tried to rectify- spent 45 minutes on the phone (was told it would be ready when I was able to pick up), arrived at the store and of course they didn't know what I was talking about. On top of that, they acted like it was my fault. Total of an hour and a half of time for one pill, out of 6. How can a pharmacy make such a mistake and treat the customer that way. If they can make a mistake on a prescription of 6, wonder how they are doing with larger numbers? Never will I use a Walgreens again.

The pharmacy workers are terrible. They have an extreme lack of professionalism. The attitudes are extremely ridiculous.

The problem is antiquated operating systems and a company expecting a single employee to effectively perform multiple tasks simultaneously, which equals poor service. But honestly 75% of wait times is due absolute stupid moronic customers. Hey idiots, take the time to understand your doctors, if unsure call you insurer.....stop expecting the pharmacy to fix your life.

Employees at Walgreens Store #06790 are kind and welcoming. The pharmacy is great. Technicians are nice and efficient.

,After having my prescriptions filled for almost a decade at this specific location, , a new pharmacist decided that they were no longer going to fill my prescriptions and cut me off before allowing me to find somewhere else to get my prescriptions. I take very strong pain medications because I have three very rare neurological conditions which I didn't feel I needed to disclose to this pharmacist but I'm telling you this is not a good company to deal with. I will be getting a lawyer and filing a malpractice suit because they gave me no option to find someone else before they terminated me. I have never done anything wrong., this is an absolute travesty!

Horrible customer service. Rude and inconsiderate. if you're picking up pain meds or something else you really need, better go somewhere else.

I am surprised at the low amount of stars for this Walgreens. I just went in there and all three of the employees I encountered were super friendly helpful and nice! I walked out with a smile!

I called to see why my son's depression medication wasn't filled and they said it was blocked by our insurance company. I asked them why? And what do I do? the girl said "that's not my problem" and hung up on me.

The customer service has gone literally down the drain. My last prescription took 3 trips and each trip over 45 minutes wait to get filled. They messed up twice. And filled it third time! Today waited in line about 50 minutes and got to the drive through window. At 5:59 they closed the window without me and three other cars behind me that were have been waiting. Extremely rude and pathetic customer service now. Been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for 17 years. Furious and angry now. Will pull all my prescriptions from there and go elsewhere. Gave one star only because there was nothing lower.

It was shocking to me that I just walked in at 8:05 am in the morning for my 2nd shingles shot and was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. I walked in during lunch time for my 1st shot with 30+ people in the store 5 weeks ago. So why would I come here for a vaccine again? Oh and website says walk-ins welcome.

Signed up for a covid test but the confirm never arrived. Cust support is unable to send out the confirm "but I am in the system". Don't know if I should go or not.

They always seem disorganized. They have 2 separate areas for pick up and drop off. However, you will be ignored if you go to the pick up line... after already having waited in line to drop off prescriptions in the first place. Perhaps they are short staffed ALL the time but this will be the last prescription I pick up from them. Hire enough staff to care for your consumers, Walgreens!
