Wells Fargo Bank in Virginia Beach offers personalized attention and empowering everyday banking with self-service tools for customers. The bank has a nice location with walk-up and drive-up ATMs, drive-through service, and inside service. While not the smallest or largest, the bank is somewhere in the middle, and customers can typically get in and out quickly, especially if they visit during off-peak hours or on weekends. The bank has ample parking and is conveniently located near shopping areas. Customers have praised the bank's staff, particularly a customer service representative named Kiana, who demonstrated exceptional patience, understanding, and professionalism when helping a teenage customer open her first solo account. Kiana took the time to thoroughly explain everything, provide financial advice in a way the teen could understand, and stayed after closing to ensure the customer fully understood everything.
I rarely have to go inside of the bank but the 2 times I have had to it’s been a very long wait. Not a long line just a very slow clerk. I hate to leave this but it’s frustrating

Wells Fargo protect your money. They call you and don’t allow withdrawal from your account it appear to be fraudulent.

I needed to resolve issues with the new account blocked due to it getting tagged for lack of deposit. With Angel’s patience we were able to resolve it. It took as awhile to get the account unblocked due to back log call center. I would have rated it five if not for what I perceived to be an understaffed call center.
