“My sister and I had a girls getaway to VA Beach for her first time away from her infant. We popped in to Golden Hour hoping they might have some good jeans or really anything that would make her feel more pulled together but comfortable in her post partum body. We scored a pair of cute jeans and an adorable army green light jacket at great prices. Not maternity clothes but just sized up. Cute selection and variety of clothes and accessories. That’s not why I’m writing this review. It was the women working there that set this place far apart. They were beyond helpful and so enthusiastic and encouraging about my sister shopping post partum. They had all been there and felt like her own cheering squad as she tried on items. Any one that’s had a kid knows how much kindness from others means when you’re trying to get through the early days. These women are just lovely.”
“The staff are so kind and attentive. Even though it was busy when I dropped off my clothes to sell, the ladies were still polite and respectful.
I also want to mention Linsey from my previous visit. She was very polite as well. All of the staff provide exceptional customer service. Thank you for making every visit pleasant whenever I drop off my clothes to sell.”
“We went here to find my daughter’s prom dress. The selection was great! She found a beautiful dress and because they were having their annual prom sale, she picked out a scratcher and we got 60% off!!! To top it off, they make sure no one else from her school has purchased the same dress. I totally recommend this shop without reservation!”

“Went in yesterday with my Mom to purchase new shoes. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Travis. When looking for a specific pair of shoes Travis was very helpful finding what I was looking for and even providing information on which shoes would be more beneficial to me! When they didn't have the pair of shoes that I picked out Travis took the initiative and found a beautiful alternative pair in my size. During checkout he also suggested I sign up for their rewards program and I saved 15% on my purchase! Overall, my experience was wonderful thanks to Travis' excellent customer service!”

“After a poor customer service experience today at Nike Collective, I wanted to circle back and give praise for the amazing customer service experienced this past Saturday at this location. Wanted to treat myself for my birthday but was just finding no style and no luck where I had been looking. It's been years but decided to pop in the Torrid for some much needed style to add to my wardrobe. The ladies were immediately warm, welcoming, and most informative. I ended up leaving $200 lighter with a smile on my face. I very much look forward to visiting this shop again in the future. Thanks again ladies. ?”
“box lunch may just be my new favorite go-to store! and not just because they have a great selection of things to browse but also because of the associates there!! specifically jenae (my gworll!) she made my experience fun, with her great upbeat attitude and welcoming conversation! it was nice to shop around and have an associate be attentive but not be down your back while perusing. kenneth too who I swear is the best!!!! by sheer luck and the awesomeness that he possesses, he picked out a blind box for me (I told him I was looking for a specific one) and when I opened it in store after purchasing it was the one I was looking for!!! all the associates were amazing, and it honestly felt like seeing your friends when they're at work (lol!) great store with great atmosphere and a great selection! ✨”
“I was there a week ago. Annabeth helped to put together an outfit for a special event that I will be attending. I also purchased a few extra pieces. She was absolutely awesome. She offered me to get a credit card for more of a discount but I have enough credit cards.
The most amazing thing to me was receiving a very nice thank you card from Annabeth. I live in Hampton but will always make it a point to go to Annabeths store. It’s too bad other stores are not that thoughtful.”
“Went to Buckle for the first time today, I’ve never shopped in this store or any other location before. I needed some new clothes to freshen up my wardrobe. I saw a shirt I liked on the mannequin and an employee named Ashley came up to me to see if I needed assistance. I haven’t had a great experience shopping for clothing the last few years after having a baby and Ashley made me feel great and the shopping trip even better. I ended up leaving with several cute shirts that I probably wouldn’t have even picked up off the rack. Thanks for a great trip and confidence booster!”

“Wish I could give more then 5 stars. I was having hard time getting shirts for my groomsmen for my wedding. I called spoke with Kelly and she did some searching found out that the company will be shipping the shirts out again Nov 1. I got the shirts today 10/23/21. Not only did Kelly help get the shirts I wanted she was able to find a shirt for my ring bearer. With the shortages going on I thought I would had to change shirts and colors. Kelly was so nice and helpfull.”

“I'm a first time shopper at the princess Anne kohl's location and will be shopping at the chain again. When shopping looking for a nice suit jacket and button up shirt for my son's senior prom. We were greeted after walking in and asked if we needed any assistance. I absolutely love the exceptional customer service we received, after working 24 years in retail I will be returning. This is how you are supposed to operate a store and my son was pleased from the management helping us to find the men's department. “I found so many great deals here! For myself and my 2 granddaughters. Clearance was bussin with deals! The store was clean and bright and full of beautiful, colorful clothes. There's a plus size section too. They have fitting rooms. The price points were great! I got a lot for very little money... gotta love it! The associates were pleasant. We will be back more!”

“My friend suggested we stop in here while out on a shopping trip nearby and boy am I glad she did! It's by The Bagel Baker shop. I had no idea it was here. If you've been to Monkee's this is sort'of like that boutique but less pretentious and more affordable. They had a great range of items in the store - shorts, jeans, dresses, sweaters and accessories. Some really cute jewelry and other items as well as a few shoes. It's an adorable boutique with a unisex bathroom in back and two fitting rooms. Friendly staff greeted and helped us. I saw some adorable everyday pieces and tunics as well as some holiday party dresses and sweaters! I will def be back.”

They carry fabulous high quality brands, don’t bother going here if you’re looking for fast fashion pieces that fall apart in the wash. “The owner is awesome. Very inviting and friendly. I have 6 daughters so dress shopping for events is a regular thing for me and have been to several others from Southside to Charlottesville. I enjoyed the personal attention that our party was given with a pretty large selection of beautiful dresses and not the high speed pressure of other shops or their higher prices. Lola attended to us and made my daughter feel extremely comfortable and made the decision making easier with her subtle opinions of each choice we went through. Amazing place 10/10 and would recommend to anyone looking for the same experience.”
