“If I could give Hot Topic a 10/10 rating, I absolutely would! My experience at the Greenbrier Mall location was honestly amazing from start to finish. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely taken care of. The store had such a fun, upbeat atmosphere, and everything was organized so I could easily find what I was looking for without any stress. Jamie and Ash truly made the experience stand out in the best way. Jamie was incredibly patient and helpful taking the time to guide me through different styles and making thoughtful suggestions that actually matched what I was looking for. Ash was just as wonderful super friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure I was finding good deals and feeling good about my choices. Together they made shopping feel easy, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. They didn’t just help me shop they made the whole visit feel warm, relaxed, and memorable. You can tell they really care about customers and take pride in what they do. I left feeling happy, confident in my purchase, and honestly grateful for how kind and helpful they both were. I purchased T shirts that I absolutely love and the whole experience made it even better knowing I was supported so well throughout my visit. “My first time coming here, and I was invited by a friend…so glad I came! The place is really nice, and I loved how the clothes are arranged by color. It made browsing so easy. There were tons of great finds on the clearance racks too. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they packed the items I bought very nicely. Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!”

Ms. Shakira was leaving her department after getting off shift when I asked for assistance with sizing my watch. Even though her shift was over, she immediately stopped and took the time to help me. She then reached out to Ms. Liz, who took over and finished sizing my other two watches.
Both ladies were extremely pleasant, professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire experience. Their customer service truly stood out, and thanks to them, all three of my watches now fit perfectly and look great on my wrist!

“Absolutely LOVE this boutique! There clothing is so on trend and trust me it's a complete vibe. They even offer dog treats for all of the local pups. Who doesn't love a good ol' boutique with puppy snuggles too! If you haven't been you are definitely missing out. “I definitely recommend the JC Penney salon in the Greenbrier mall for any ladies hair cuts! I always use Mary Beth as she is an excellent stylist and has been cutting hair for 40+ years! She is a sweet lovely soul. 5 star recommend her! She has done darkening dye, highlights and balayage in the past years in addition to cuts and trims.”
