Alex deserves these five stars!!! Her dedication to helping me with my phone issue was exceptional. She sat with me working diligently with customer service staff on the phone to remedy this issue. And in the end my phone issue was resolved. Grateful for her support. So glad AT&T that Alex is apart of your staff.
