“This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Warrenton Toyota is not my local dealership, I chose to come here because they were the only dealership that I could find that had the exact vehicle I wanted. I sent an internet inquiry and Matt responded quickly. He confirmed the vehicle details and we arranged a meeting for the next day.
I arrived a little early, Matt greeted me immediately. He already had the vehicle pulled up ready for me to test drive. I probably should have negotiated, but they had the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price, so we quickly agreed to terms.
Anil in finance was great! No pressure, he took the time to answer all my questions and did not badger me to buy additional products. My whole buying experience was about two hours total. I love my new Corolla Cross, and I'm very pleased with the whole experience!”

There is plenty of communication sharing estimates, photographs, and status of the work, and they work hard to get you repaired or replaced parts at reasonable prices. “Have to knock them down 1 b/c they don't participate in Carfax. I think Manassas is same owner and they also don't participate. I have to add the services manually and use/like Carfax to both track my own maintenance but evaluate used cars that I'm considering to make sure they were maintained.”

“If you’re looking for a truly honest and customer oriented shop, look no further. After having some bad experiences with other shops, I was nervous to take our car to a new place following an accident where someone hit me. However, Joe was not only incredibly knowledgeable, he also demonstrated very quickly and clearly that he was there to help *us* out while we navigated the process. He spent so much time speaking with and educating me, and was incredibly transparent and honest throughout the entire process. Joe and The Village were the absolute easiest parts of recovering after the accident! I would highly recommend for all your body shop needs.”

“Last review is a plant and totally ignorant, went to Oreilly the other day and then went to write a 5 star review about William. I saw that and laughed. This man gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received from an Auto Parts store and made me leave with a smile and laughing, super kind. Worked his tail off to find the part I was needing and was answering phone calls as he was helping me. He was visibly sweating from all the work he was doing with little help. I’ll never ask for anyone else to help me.”
“I was ready to drive out of town at 7 pm Sunday night, and my car had intermittent trouble starting. I couldn't see the date on the battery, so no idea whether it might be battery or alternator. I saw that Advanced Auto Parts was closing in one hour, so I called to see if there was still time for a battery and alternator test. The man who answered said no problem.
When I got there Bri came out and tested them with engine running, engine off, with a load, without a load. She said looked like the alternator was fine and the battery looked low. So I got a new battery there. Taking the old battery out, I was finally able to see it was past its warranty date. I was on my way in good time, with a label on the top of the battery that Bri gave me showing the relevant dates for the next time 🙂. Thanks Bri, for the last-minute service!”
