He looked at my car to ensure that he would be able to replace the battery. Dale is an excellent example of customer service. He signed me up for a Rewards Account and showed me how to save. He didn’t over promise and under perform to get the sale. Shortly afterwards Dale had completed the installation and made a lifetime customer.”
