“I was pleased with my experience with Caliber. The work was done right. My car was completed early. They kept me informed of the progress. They detailed the interior prior to returning the car.I only have two notes for improvement: 1) There are two Caliber Collision places on the same street, which I didn’t realize. So, it would probably be a good idea for the front desk staff to talk to people about that during scheduling. Also, the traffic there is awful at certain times due to a nearby school. That would be worth mentioning, too. 2) The parking lot for the Caliber at the corner of University and Wellington is small and has limited ability to turn around. I had to make a couple passes looking for a spot because there were 2 trucks taking up 4 spaces. That’s the breaks, but I was concerned by how much trash was scattered in the parking lot in the one decent area for turning around. I did not want a flat tire. I realize that stuff is liable to fall off broken cars, but it made me wonder how often they sweep up. I was there first thing in the morning, so I would have expected it to be clean from the night before.Still, bottom line, I was pleased and would use them again.”

“Service was outstanding! Someone flung their door open on my vehicle door and it caused some paint damage. I went to caliber collision through my insurance, and now I know I will not take it anywhere else. The receptionist and the service member that fixed my vehicle were both professional and had great personalities. Not only did Calvin take into consideration when I really needed my vehicle back, but he also came and picked me up a mile away from the shop when I told him I had to walk and will be there in a few minutes. Great service and I would highly recommend!”

“Yesterday (Christmas Eve morning) I had a headlight go out in my vehicle. I was close to Gainesville so I stopped by JK. As expected, the store had my headlight and much to my surprise they gentleman came outside to help me install the light. Due to an injury this was much appreciated. I don't believe this is the kind of place where they typically do this but they did in my case. Great service.”

“Advance usually has good service and I experienced phenomenal service here thanks to JF. I had a CV Axel go bad and they did and exchange. The axel went bad and they initially said they couldn't replace it again under warranty. JF gave me the corporate service number and was professional. A few minutes after ending the call, JF called me back to let me know he talked to the manager and they'd exchange the part, no problem under the lifetime warranty. This small gesture of calling me back isn't something I'd expect from a parts store...but he went above and beyond to win a lifetime customer. Great job!”
