Poor service you have a mgts come at you for no reason when you tell them that there employee stolen your deposit and you gave the 128.00 to them and gave you a bank paper and wrote it out the amount. That I gave him in cash.not by the machine by his hand and still have not gotten my money yet.younger Spanish man with tattoos on the arm . And fired him before I could get my money .

Horrible bank, typical money grubbing BS. Took 3 locations, turned into this 1 then 1/3 staffed it. 2 people in the drive thru? Shut off the engine and order a pizza, you'll be there all day. Ridiculous

I've been very happy with the bank. They always take my checks, deposit cash, withdrawaling cash is easy and I've never been in a situation where they didn't have enough on hand. The tellers are nice. I recommend.

Horrible bank, nobody answers the phone, and make horrific mistakes when trying to deposit checks, then takes days to rectify their mistake! Very frustrating and unacceptable! The lines outside are ridiculously long !

BEWARE OF THIS BANK! Having loans through multiple banks on multiple occasions I have developed an eye for when either banks try to scam you on purpose or by accident on their part by lack of action or apathy/ This bank is absolutely worthless and according to their own system they are trying take my vehicle after it’s paid off. This loan was on auto payments and is currently zeroed out balance. I’m waiting on a vehicle title.Now… Saying that they (trust) lost a payment during their transition or merge. Of course this issue arises right at payoff off vehicle months later. On a vehicle that is worth a substantial amount of money. I have made many attempts to call in and hours and hours on hold with nothing but a truist voicemail box at the end. Suntrust and it’s employees were great to me for years. Truist bank is the worst part of bbt but magnified and way understaffed.Raul in the branch was way more than helpful ,knowledgeable and compassionate. But his counterparts at “corporate” or 800’customer service were very unhelpful to even him. And we’re sending him to voicemail. I give Raul 5 stars but truist bank zerp.

Rude service teller acted as if I was bothering her when I was attempting to deposit my check and then was told they were putting a 7 day hold on it can't even get anyone to answer the phone or even find a # for the main office to find out why

Not a friendly bank. Sad, and much like other banks, the customer service is just past the buck. I went inside to the bank and brought to their attention to prom I was having and they simply just told me that's not our department.I have several corporate accounts there and will be taking our money and moving to a different bank.

Had a client that needed to have a check cashed so he could have his roof repaired due to a tree falling over. The bank said he needed to have verification that I was an actual company they called and as soon as I picked up the phone they hung up. I called back three times( no waiting in a queue) and never had my phone call answered. My client now has zero options left and has a hole in his roof that won’t get repaired.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Had the drive through manager herself short me $100 and then refuse to give me back my money. She pocketed my money and lied about it. Kept telling me to recount and check envelope and still there was no extra $100 hidden. She took that money and lied. Her name is Tabitha Furr or atleast that's what she told me it was. That could be a lie as well. I'm contacting corporate and legal for this.
