The friendliest and most helpful phone service, by far, was Larry at the Warrenton, VA store.I made the trip to Warrenton to find the tool cabinet already on a hand truck at the front of the store! The manager, Kswann helped me buy yet another tool chest while I was there. The store is really well organized and the people are friendly.I'm grateful for all the help and friendliness I experience and I'll definitely be back!”

“I took my sewing machine there. Mr. Tobin comes into the store and picks up machines to take home for cleanings and work. The cost is very reasonable at 79.95. My machine had a tension issue. Now, it's like butter again. Highly recommend him.”
