They provide amazing custom work, creating beautiful and stunning custom rings, necklaces, and new settings from customer diamonds. They handle redesigns and repairs, offering patient service through the design process. For simple repairs, they demonstrate outstanding honesty, fixing items on the spot without charge when possible. Customers are very happy with the gorgeous final products and recommend the store highly for any jewelry needs.
We had a very lovely experience here. We unfortunately did not buy anything, but the young woman who worked there May 6th at 1pm was very knowledgeable and helpful. She not only did the price checking on many rings, she was patient with our picky-ness too.
