“I went to Juffy Lube July 22 at 9 am for an oil change. I have had nothing but problems with my jeep ever since. That evening I went to the store and my check engine light was flashing on and off and I lost power with a tractor trailer doing 65 behind me. They never told me if any issues at all. The only thing they told me was my filter that I already changed. I never got a receipt to see what type of oil was put in my jeep. I was told my receipt would be emailed and it’s not there. I am taking it to a mechanic to see what’s messed on it. I will never let them touch my vehicle ever again. I did not have problems with my jeep until Tuesday. This company has gone down hill with the incompetence of staff. Stop up selling and actually do your job correctly. Yes I am very very upset.”

“Called around for tires and spoke with quite a few nice employees here. I originally spoke with Eric and told him I needed 3 decent tires with a fair price, not only did he have what I needed but he was considerate of my budget and took a sense of urgency when scheduling me knowing I had to go out of town this week. I walked in at my appointment time and was met with two very helpful employees named Teresa and a young man named Nate. Teresa promptly checked me in and Nate immediately got my car in the air and tires installed. I’m so bummed to see so many bad reviews because they’re a hidden gem and I think a little positive transparency can go a long way. I will definitely be back! Come see these folks y’all!”
