I asked for their estimate to replace the motor, and they shared some trouble shooting idea's that resulting in my replacing the Alternator (that had seized). “These guys are amazing. If you need jeep work this is the place. I bought my son an old tj and it had a shack at 50 mph. Old owner spent almost 7k at Bull Run 4x4 and the problem was still there. I took it to Bull Run and they quoted me afew thousand to redue the work they did . I said no . I found cris and he took the jeep for a test drive and diagnosed the problem. As the torque converter. Im so glad i found these guys .”

“My husband and I went to the dealership knowing what we wanted. We were greeted at the front door by salesman Girma. We explained what we were looking for and he checked his inventory and took us out back to show us the 3 choices that fit what we were looking for. He was friendly and easy to work with. We didn't need to go back and forth a bunch of times trying to get the best fair price. It was definitely not high-pressured sales, and we never felt pushed. I would shop here again if ever in the market for another new Honda. We purchased a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring edition and love it.”

“As I have driven all over the United States and visited many businesses. I appreciate the hospitality of this Jiffy Lube. When I arrived I was greeted and told welcome to Jiffy Lube, and asked if I was there for an oil change? I told them I have a lot of driving to do the next week and just needed my tires checked and a top off of my oil, if needed.
I remembered, Jiffy Lube has a national warranty and I can visit any Jiffy Lube during my 3,000 my service window to have my fluids checked, etc
Within minutes I was greeted by their service advisor, who took my information and put my car in line.
I met the manager Greg, and chatted about my vehicle and any questions I had. He told me they would be done in a few minutes.
Sure enough in about 10 minutes I was told my vehicle was done and was in my way.
Even though I did not need an oil change on this visit I was treated as I have been on past visits like a valued customer.
Thanks to the whole staff!”
