The whole staff is friendly and will work quickly to complete your service, while still being able to be have a pleasant conversation. Passport appointments really mess up the line, so it's best to go when passport appointments are not happening.

Even when there’s a line or at the holidays when we‘re all shipping goodies to family and friends far flung, I‘ve experienced the friendly and efficient service offered by each person at the counter. Thanks for helping make a needed trip into town even more enjoyable!

The staff have always been helpful, clearly stressed at times and that makes sense with what I’m sure they deal with every day. Place can be real busy on weekends with passports but they’re usually pretty good about separating lines for that and mail related items. They’ve been great so far.
