I sent mail to a friend in Warrenton with the correct address, but it was returned to me for "insufficient address." I double-checked, and yup, it was correct and she had lived there for two years. Good help is so hard to find....

The place is a disaster, defiantly don’t get passport services done there. Joe is cynical and a smart aleck. He could be friendlier when someone waits 30 minutes in line. It’s a nice looking building though.

Wait times are long due to the staff being slow and rude to customers. They take forever to address problems or just dismiss them entirely (especially from elderly patrons). Even people who are very friendly and polite to the postal workers get a rude and sassy attitude from the clerk for no reason. I try to avoid having to go to the counter if I can

We had a pleasant experience today because of staff members at counter A and D. Not sure if it is ok to post their names. Our one year old child was more than a handful but both staff members were friendly about it. The facility seems to be a historic building and clean.

The line gets long at lunchtime and the hour up to closing. Consider printing postage prior to arrival then just drop off.

I have been here many times before and it's hit or miss if you happen to get a teller that has a pleasant attitude. It seems to me that if you work in customer service it's your duty to act the part which is helpful and friendly. My tip would be if you dislike your job that much then you should consider retiring...happy holidays!

Nothing but a buncha idiots work here. The mail carrier tried stealing my package today. This is a crapshot of a post office. About 8 tomes in last 3 years they've tried stealing my packages. I always have to go in there and raise hell to get my packages that weren't delivered. They lie and say "contractors aren't paying for mail carriers to deliver packages to house in subdivision with cluster mailboxes. Then why even send the large packages with them when they leave go on their route???? I have a video of him driving past my house which is 8 tenths of a mile from the cluster box. But, according to the ignorant rude witch that answered the phone today the contractor isn't paying for him to do that. My mailman, who drives a jeep wrangler like mine tried to steal my package that had a lightbar in it for my jeep. Coincidence? I think not. The same guy hit my dog with a package and when I got after him about it, he claimed my dog, who was locked up inside bit him a week later.. Well, animal control came and took my dog and put her down. Thanks Tom! And Jim, I think he is brain dead. He doesn't even know that a post office is a federal agency. He couldn't even give me a complaint form that all federal agencies must have at the counter. He said there's no complaint form. The post master is never there. Id like to have a job like that. But in reality the pm is there but doesn't take any calls because they know they are a piss poor excuse for a post office.

Every time I come here the employees are sooooo helpful and kind. I probably go in there looking a mess and confused on how to package my stuff but they're always there to help. There's never been a line and they try to keep things moving. This is my go to post office because of their service.

You can ship your mail out here, but the staff was only okay. Some good, some didn't seem like they want to be there. The quality inside is okay. Not much parking out front, but there is more in the back. If you wait, one up front should open up.

With the mail man. Just had him drop off a package. At 930am not knowing he was here because mail comes around 12. We let our dogs out. The larger dog went the other direction. Our small chihuahua went over at him barking. He sprays her in the face. I get that dogs are scary when they come at you but hes easily 6 feet. He decides to spray my tiny dog in the face. Plus my husband was out side to hook our dog up. I am very upset.

This post office has racist personal workers This is not the first time happens to me this is the 4th time having an issue with people at the window on March 26 2020 at 11:30 am I went to drop of My mail I get in line when it was my turn this men name ( JOE ) white male in his 70 years he ask me if my package has anything can get broken I said no! then he was trying to push some buttons from the credit card machine so I suppose to put my credit card into the machine and paid and he don't even mention me any of the instructions so he removed my credit card with an aggressive attitude and he says " Goddammend " step away I'm just keep quiet observing him and trying to find out his name to report him because I was very upset we are living a very difficult times with corona virus and having people treating you like that " Seriously " what's wrong with this people he don't even know what what is going on in my life I cry in my car trying to calm down the only solution is to let other people to know about it hopefully Post office select better their personal.
