I can not believe what I dealt with in this store.
I was blatantly lied to about what the cost would be for 2 phones and an unlimited plan. The KID that was helping me ported both of my phone numbers to the brand new phones in the store then basically demanded $1400. I told him to cancel everything and they basically refused. They could not reverse the port so I had 2 options. Pay or be without a phone which is ridiculous. So I was basically extorted lastnight. And I will be filing with court to sue these clowns.

If you like good customer service this is NOT a place you'll get it from. I tried 4-5 times to get them to fix our bill and basically all you get is a smile then nothing gets done. I recommend staying as far away as you can from doing business with this store

I came into the “Russel cellular” Verizon store to get a privacy screen put on my iPhone. The General Manager, Chris, informed me of a “second line” promotion that was free for 3 years, with no activation charges whatsoever and my bill would remain the same. I agreed.
2 weeks later I receive by bill and it had increase by over $20. I went back to store, the manager “Z” helped me for almost an hour and assured me the bill was brought back down to what it was before adding the 2nd line. I reviewed my bill a few days later and there was no change. This store is only focused on sales and not on customer service at all. The General Manager should be ashamed for doing business this way and should be demoted to a customer. I have reached out to Kim Russel (co-owner ) regarding this matter.

The young man, Russell, who assisted us was very knowledgeable and aware of the product he was selling us. Russell was quick to answer any and all questions relating to the phone, program and billing. There was no hidden agenda and he came across as being most honest with his dealing about the phone. An open door invitation was given as we left for any further assistance that might be needed. A valuable team player for your company.

Christian was amazing! I’ve never had such a wonderfully kind and helpful sales person! He was so thorough and knowledgeable about everything. Even when I had stupid questions he answered them with kindness and patients! I HIGHLY recommend asking for Christian. Such a kind soul!

Christian at the Warrenton Verizon store is the absolute best! We came in needing a new phone and wanted to take advantage of the holiday trade in event. We came in with two phones that unfortunately were not eligible for trade in (one was ancient and the other had a swollen battery). Christian jumped through hoops and literally went above and beyond to ensure we would get a trade in credit. Christian's hard work paid off and we were able to get a trade in credit and a new phone. Added bonus: He kept us smiling and laughing the whole time too. Christian also looked extensively at our account and informed us of numerous discounts we weren't even aware were available! Thank you Christian for going above and beyond and being such a wonderful associate today. I would highly recommend visiting Christian at the Warrenton Verizon store for all your Verizon needs!

Verizon has the best coverage where we live, but dealing with Russell Cellular is a miserable experience. Their reps lie about the products, then pad the bills with services we never authorized. They constantly pass the buck and refuse to fix the mistakes they made. We are currently being double charged for multiple devices, including ones we traded in months ago. Speaking with the manager Chris and his team is like dealing with the Department of Motor Vehicles, only worse.
