You don't always get to pick the time you will have car issues. I had battery issues right before the store was getting ready to close. The guys there fixed what was a connection issue and stayed way beyond closing time. Sorry I didn't get there names but thanks a lot for greater customer service and caring enough to help.

Usually have what I need. Left off some stars due to last visit.. Worker was holding the front door open smoking a cigarette as he greeted customers... filling store with stink! Yuck

Chris Gregory and Hunter Cauthen have been the most amazing manager/employee that I’ve ever came in contact at any AutoZone or any other auto parts store in Augusta county Chris was amazing he went above and beyond his duties to help fix our broken down vehicle in the parking lot at the store I hope great things to him from your corporation
