Good interest rates, sweet people. Big shout out to Aaron who always ends up helping me out when I need to pop by for anything in person. Excellent service, great mobile banking, built in Zelle transfers for P2P, easy to use your debit account overseas, amazing account options. I highly recommend them and have never had an issue that wasn't easy to fix!”

“I visited this location and received help from Justin L and Hope P on a Friday near the end of the business day. I am from out of state and have an account with an out of state credit union. This made it difficult for me to cash a school issued refund check, as the check was too large for mobile deposit. I was turned away from the Suntrust in Staunton, so I drove to this location in Waynesboro hoping to get help. Justin and Hope went over and beyond and helped me out in getting my checked cash that same day. It really turned around the day I was having. I plan to return to this location and open an account soon. I had previously decided not to open an account after being asked at another location, but after working with Justin and Hope and experiencing the customer service at that location- I definitely will.”
