This location should be shuttered. The pharmacist has a support staff that repeatedly fail her. From the unmotivated, to the uninformed, the most basic of service expectations have gone unfulfilled. It seems apparent that CVS cannot adequately staff a third, least convenient store within such close proximity to other locations that have drive through capabilities.

Always a line.Other customers always taking their time to weigh their options. Takes 5 attempts to get my medicine every time.Edit: they also keep bugging me with an automated call telling me that my prescription is ready, but they're never available for me to pick it up.

Two fine staff persons help all they can. But the call system is unreliable and, for example, said they are not open all day today...?

This location has a hard time staying open. They close at will, no warnings, and if you need anything soon. For get about it. Good luck

Prescriptions are never filled in a timely fashion. They open and close at their own discretion, rarely following the hours listed. The lady that made this CVS a good choice is gone. It's concerning due to the fact medications are necessary to live. I called twice this week during business hours(morning & evening), and they were closed for no reason. EDIT: I've called twice this morning already and have been on hold for 45 minutes(at least they're open). I'll have to drive 30 minutes jut to ask a question and get a refill. This is a horrible pharmacy. I hope this is my last refill there. They aren't that busy that they can't answer the phone. Rarely is anybody in line when I go there and judging by other reviews, people have moved their prescriptions to another pharmacy. I will be moving mine promptly as well. Just horrible for one of the biggest chains in the United States to be ran in such a fashion.

They were closed when I arrived for my appointment and refused to do it the next day when I arrived with a second appointment due to them being severely behind in prescription filling. I waited 15 minutes to be told this. I tried to call to confirm the appointment ahead of time to avoid a waste of time and no one was able to answer to do so. I would not recommend this pharmacy as the openly admit they do not have the staff to keep up and have paper signs stating as much.

This pharmacy is the worst in town. They close at random times with no warning until you get to the store. Orders placed through the online system disappear constantly, and have waited on the phone on hold for over an hour without anyone picking up. This is medication that people need, and I can’t get someone to talk to me over the phone or in person. Completely lost.

They were great! But now they Never have a TEA there to fill the prescriptions!! They can’t even give me a day when it will be ready!

They are never open! App says they are. Been there to pick up my prescription on three occasions. Never open. How about stop apologizing and do your damn job!

What a mess and I was told it was the system creating issues??? I waited 1 hr 3 min. to get my vaccine today. Yes I had an appointment and was 15 minutes early. When I did get my name called I sat in the chair right next to the box of disposed needles that I could of reached in and taken. I waited after I checked in for 20 mintues till they called my name to be ask by pharmacist if I realized I had to pay. She had my vaccine in hand.....say what!!! No I said medicare covers. I was told I had to go to the end of the line to get the insurance part fixed, which by then was over 8 people waiting with me. When I got the insurance fixed I had to wait my turn again!!! I should not have had to go to the end of the line to start all over when "their system" was creating issues. I miss Elizabeth in this pharmacy!!!! I know they are working short.....but you know what you don't ask a person to go to the end of the line twice when its "their system creating issues", if that is what is creating them!!!! Not happy. I also didn't get my $5 off coupon. Good luck. Need to get act together.

Update... This Pharmacy was my all time favorite but the woman who made it wonderful has left and gone south. Along with her, apparently went the good customer service. I have tried to get my one of my prescriptions 3 times so far, to no avail. Another time, instead of waiting for one (because it wasn't ready after two days) I opted to return the next day for it but only to find that they had given it to someone else. They told me that they ran out and I should have waited for it! GoodRX mail order took the transfer and I received it in two days. Now, I am transferring what will transfer, out of there.

This place used to be decent but the good pharmacist appears to have left. It’s a mess now and after multiple instances of wasted time and unreliability, I am transferring mine and my cats’ prescriptions. They have been closed many random, unannounced days recently when I wasted my time going there just to find out no one came to work. Then, I went other times and they were open but hadn’t filled prescriptions that were received 5 days prior, which would normally be filled same day because they were simple, common, in-stock prescriptions. I still have more that have been sent but not filled or on auto refill that we’re already due but not filled! I have lost my faith in the ability to get timely prescriptions needed and filed for transfer. The pharmacy I’m transferring said that they have trouble getting prescriptions out of CVS often, so they will try but instead now I likely have to get all NEW prescriptions written from every doctor we have! So it’s a giant pain.

CVS has adopted a clear business model that aims to underpay and understaff their pharmacies. Put in other words more simple terms they build a house of cards and it fell down recently because that is what houses of cards do. We switched to Fishersville Family Pharmacy who seem so far very good to deal with.
