“Ashley is my quintessential go-to for furniture. I live in Staunton, but go to the Waynesboro store because the selection is better and the people are fantastic. I stopped by months ago, just browsing, and was greeted by the absolute best salesperson, Shahee. When I was finally ready to move forward with a purchase, I went back to this store and to Shahee to make my purchase. He is super personable and knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs ... go see Shahee!!!”

August 28.2025 I went back to Grands Furniture and I enjoyed seeing all the staff! And laughing with the staff! All the staff members helps with above and beyond! I have grown to allow myself to trust all the staff because they take time with me and help me safe when shopping at the store! I enjoyed my visit on August 28.2025.
I went back to Grand's Furniture on June 30.2026 and Dylan took good care of me and explained everything to me which made me happy! Dylan mother Linda on her day off got on the phone and helped me as well which made me really happy and more! “We went to Sleep On It in Waynesboro to look for a new mattress and to decide if an adjustable bed was right for us. Ernest was helpful in showing the different mattress features/materials. We didn’t make a decision that day. After thinking it over I had some questions that Brian answered over the telephone. We did purchase an adjustable split king. Delivery and set up was quick and Brian explained and demonstrated the bed adjustments. We are repeat customers and I do recommend you check them out.”

She just took her time with me, got to lay on this cool machine that measured me, showed me options that fit my budget, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It honestly felt like she actually cared more about helping me sleep better than just making a sale.
