First of all this is my husband's Google acc't. I am Bonnie. I have had a recent weight gain due to health issues. I went in to look for a few items that would fit me. Lari was the most helpful. She was gentle & caring which is what I needed b/c of my self image. I left the store w/ items I felt good in. Thank you Lari.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, store is clean and manager is wonderful...always remembers what I like! Great Customer Service.

Loft is hands down my favorite clothing store. Great clothes in the latest trends. Be prepared to pay the price, but they do often have sales. And you will always find something great on the clearance rack. Staff is super friendly.
