Hours: The Waynesboro Family YMCA is a good place with great people and a top notch, excellent staff that is kind, very welcoming, and responsive. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The facility is older and dated, with locker rooms in need of renovation, though plans are reportedly in the works. It is not up to par with other locations and is oddly laid out, with no frills like saunas. However, it has everything needed, including great exercise equipment, weights, cardio machines, two gyms, a studio for classes, and a pool. Child care is great, with kids well taken care of. It offers convenient location, good value, and is not often crowded, allowing for workouts without competing for machines.
