“Budget SHD only gets a 5 because Lindsay is great!
Budget as a company needs to get it together. I had a confirmed, paid rental and it was cancelled hours before I was to pick it up- leaving me stranded. Not ok, Budget. But again- thank you to Lindsay at SHD for everything she did to try and help me. This review will be a 5 for her and I'll be leaving a 1 on every Budget corporate site that isn't SHD specific.”

“We were going on a local mountain trip and the chain location said they were out of cars. We booked a rental car here online the day, and they gave us a newer 4WD SUV. Check in and pick up was quick, and we had no issues with the car. We didn't fill the tank up when we returned it, and the man working gave us the option for additional time with the rental to fill it up so we would pay less for gas.”
