“Almost all the staff has been great...But I had one not so great experience which is why I'm reducing it by one star. There's a woman that works at the register who seemed to take things a little bit too personally. I had to return some unopened, pristine merchandise that I bought. She was aggressive, almost bullying, during the exchange. My prior visit she was great .. maybe an anomaly, but it does throw a little tarnish on the company image.”

“Not only is this place extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items the staff are the nicest people possible and very knowledgeable. The prices on their marine adhesives and similar supplies are lower than I expected also. Definitely lower than West Marine.”

“This store is filled with amazing staff. I had a small pair of embroidery sissors needing to be sharpened. Not an easy task. The gentleman took them home and did an unbelievable job for me. Where would you find someone who would do that. Absolutely above and beyond. Five stars not enough.”

“I love this place!!! Debbie is my favorite at the paint counter!!!! She literally found an old paint from 1970 that my dad used... she worked with me and I love my paint colors... I kept saying I don't know. She rocked it!!!

I love that if I see the owners in public, they are nice and also answer questions. As I asked about a power washer at a ball game. He took the time to explain the difference in detail about gas verses electric. His wife said anytime you have questions. We are happy to help! Callie at the counter say less.. she is amazing. Everybody is helpful and they know my face. Hahhaha maybe my bald head. lol I cannot say enough good things about the help and information pouring out of everybody. I literally say this is what I am doing. And they help me find what I need!! Thank you Ace for being the Place!!

I must note alll the staff do greet you and take time to listen and help you. I was doing a DIY project and the guy literally helped me staring ma'am I know what you are talking about, I will find it. And did. He was talking and asking me questions about my day as we looked. My experience they always treat you like a best friend they haven't seen in a while and happy you came back!!”
