I've moved away from Hampton Roads in 2019 but because of the service I receive from Monalisa Potter, I'll be a customer for years to come. Mona is responsive, caring and dedicated to her customers. I really don't even want to talk to customer care because of knowledge, thoroughness and just being a great person over all. We need more Monas in customer service period!

Was not told I needed to cancel an auto draft for a car payment when I closed the account and was subsequently charged the month after I had closed it. After they charged my account and put it in the negative, they refunded the money, but refused to cover the overdraft charges that they caused. I will never do business here again.

Samantha (Sam) Hilton from the Nee Towne Branch handled my loan and she was very knowledgeable of all aspects in banking. She was also so easy to talk to and when I needed to reschedule due to being sick. She was so understanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
