While occasional understaffing can occur, the team remains kind and helpful, working to resolve any issues. Overall, it is a highly recommended location for eye care and eyewear.
Scheduled eye appt a few days out, not sure why I did, as it is taking 2 hours so far. Apparently they let walking go before appts. Also, the Dr's are all remote, so they telehealth. Ill be looking for an other eye Dr. BTW, the staff is fine, seems to be a scheduling issue.

This place is amazing. Especially if you don’t have vision insurance. The staff at Rochambeau Rd is amazing as well.
