Terrible service. Do not stand behind their products. Scratch resistant protection will not prevent scratches and they could do nothing to help me. I will find elsewhere to get my glasses.

The staff here are amazing from start to finish. They are incredible! I was able to make an eye appointment, be seen, and pick out glasses all in one visit. They are phenomenal and I highly recommend them. Catt is an incredible person and I’m so glad Taylor also helped me.

These folks were amazing. I can now see well and my glasses are comfortable. They kept working with me until my glasses fit. Apparently, one of my ears is higher than the other, but they did not give up until it was perfect!

Number one let’s start with my eye visit being a virtual visit, which they did NOT disclose until we got there. It was very average, they try to upsell you on already expensive contacts and assure you you’re doing the wrong thing when you don’t want the more than double the cost option. Then let’s fast forward to using a military only online ordering system to order contacts, and they were called to verify the prescription and they told the company “we never saw that patient”. Thanks for your awful service America’s worst we will never be using you again.

A shout out to Krystle, an associate who helped my grumpy husband and I. It was busy, but she handled everything with such grace and patience. She was pleasant and sweet to everyone. Thank you, I'm glad we always choose America's Best.

Even though the office was extremely busy on the day of my appointment, LaTrisha greeted me with enthusiasm. I was the last appointment of the evening, and they were short staffed but Amanda and Rachel stayed after the doors were locked to help me find the perfect pairs of glasses. They were both so very helpful, accommodating, and kind.

Old optometrist was the best, but since retired, they had to do an eye exam once virtually, as if. Then again in person. New optometrist is nice, however new to the field. Manager is argumentative and not very knowledgeable. No one has to "get used to" their prescription if done correctly anymore, than you need to break in a new pair of shoes if they are the right size and good quality. Go elsewhere.

Eye exam professional etiquette was greats.Sales personnel had poor communication skills with customers and other employees. Very vague. Had to ask a lot of questions about what was covered and not covered. Had to ask about pricing details for my final total. Not warm and inviting. Did not smile once.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2 months. They called 2 days before the appointment and said the doctor can only see 2 people an hour and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. Not wasting my time again. Their ad says "Same Day Appointments"

My husbands glasses broke while we were on vacation & he cannot see without them at all. (We are from NJ but were in Williamsburg VA.) We located the Americas Best nearest us & went there. Since the glasses were under warranty Taylor at The Virginia location found us the same frames, put in the lenses from the old ones & we were done in no time. THANK YOU TAYLOR, you are a lifesaver!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I had an appointment set for 8:30 AM. I called and let them know that with traffic, I would be there 10 minutes late.They said that was OK because they had a 10 minute grace period. I walked in at 8:39 and was told that they had to cancel my appointment because they already took the next person back. I don't understand why I was told there was a 10 minute grace period if there was only a 9 minute grace period. This was incredibly upsetting as I had left work for this appointment simply to be turned away after being lied to. I could sertainly see my appointment being cancelled if I pulled in 10 minutes late with no notice but I had just gotten off of the phone with them and they still chose to cancel my appointment and take the next customer back before that 10 minute grace period was even up.
