“Hiiiiii back after 2 years of living here and I come bearing the 5th star as promised!!!! It's just as nice as it was when I first got here. Casey is still the absolute best thang in the world!.. love herrrrrr!!!! The entire staff really is just great. Maintenance staff...amazing. Ms.Cheryl and The newest addition to the team...Josh, he is an absolute gem, such a kind, loveable guy with wonderful timing.. a request goes in and before it has time to upload, he is already at the door ?? They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of and happy. I cant speak for everyone else but I love staying here. Period.”

Manager Cole was very helpful working with me to find the ideal unit for the 6 month lease for the perfect duration of 6 month lease at a competitive price. Maintenance team was very helpful completing a few work orders. Felt safe for the duration of my stay at the Whitworth. Based on my experience living in the community I would highly recommend it as a place to consider when searching for an apartment.”

“I stayed at Monticello Powarhan apartments for 2.5 months when I visited my son. I am very impressed with the facility. Very conveniently located, well maintained facility. Excellent common area in the leasing office and very good functional gym. Staff is very responsive and helpful.”
