Awesome hotel room it's not just one big room with a smaller room at the bathroom it's more like a bigger room that has the kitchen and the living room and then two bedrooms there's two bathrooms one has a tub and a shower the other one just has a shower the master bathroom has a whole separate room that the toilets in the other room sadly is not directly connected to the bathroom but is across the hall from it there's also nice painting on the wall
Thanks to our friends from church for letting us borrow some of their points to stay here for Spring Break. This was a truly awesome Hotel experience and historical experience.

Nice place to stay, but not as spacious as other Blue Green resorts we have stayed in the past. Rooms feel compact and a bit claustrophobic in the main living area. The pool is area was simple and feels like an economy hotel. It was murky and the monochromatic color of the pool walls and floor made it difficult to judge location under water. I was disappointed in the service a bit when I asked a room cleaner for more supplies for the room and she told me she only had enough for the rooms she was cleaning and didn't have any to share with me then and there. I was able to go to the front desk and ask for some,.and they sent it later,. but I thought it was a strange response to my request. Overall it was ok, but it appears to be the same as other hotels in the area, nothing special.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the indoor pool room. The pool was nice but it's inside and though there were tons of doors that could be opened, they were locked so there was no ventilation. The room was too humid and smelled so strongly of chlorine that it was triggering asthma problems.

The rooms were clean, though there were signs of wear and tear throughout.
It is within walking distance of historic Williamsburg and is easy enough to drive to any nearby attractions.
The biggest problems were caused by a train that runs right next to the resort at all times. It was very loud. They do provide earplugs at request, but as a light sleeper it can be an issue. Staff were courteous and the salt pool was nice albeit crowded in the evenings.

If your planning your vacation at Virginia beach ⛱️ then I recommend you book this place 6 months in advance as this propertys location is just perfect you have gas stations, pharmacy, food, activities freshly baked donuts, pancake and waffle breakfast places, grocery stores all in a 5 mins radius
Plus the property has amazing warm indoor swimming pool, fresh linen change whenever we want, laundry service plus their suite rooms have perfect kitchen and dinning... Beautiful suite rooms...

I visited there a few weeks ago as part of a timeshare presentation deal. The hotel is a 3-star hotel. I was in a room that could sleep 5 people comfortably. One room had a king bed with an on-suite. The other room had a queen bed with no on-suite. There’s a pull-out sofa in the living room. There’s also a full bathroom as soon as you walked into the hotel room. All the areas had its own tv. The kitchen area had all the tools to make a meal. There’s a vending machine. A pool was located in the main building. The hotel is centrally located, so you could get to various areas of Williamsburg within 20-25 minutes. If you are a Fresh Market shopper needing to grab snacks, there is a Fresh Market in Williamsburg. If you are a Whole Foods shopper, the grocery store is outside of Williamshurg, heading towards Norfolk, about a 25 minute drive. I attended the farmer’s market that is held on Saturday morning. I enjoyed it! There’s a little of everything. The location of the market is fantastic. It’s convenient to downtown shopping, restaurants, and cafes. Street parking is available but limited to 2-hours. Thankfully I watched my time. When I returned to my car, the “parking police” was out giving tickets. I don’t know if there is a parking garage. I was parked on the street, near a small parking lot that was full. It might be worth it to Uber/Lyft. There is a lot to see, especially on Saturday morning, and you want to take your time. Here are some picks of the farmer’s market.
Nearby activities: There is a farmer’s market on Saturday morning, which is near the downtown area. Lots of other activities include Jamestown Settlement, a marina that had live music on a Saturday night. Short drive to Norfolk. About an hour drive to Virginia Beach.
Walkability: The area where the Bluegreen Resort is located is not walkable. However, parts of the area is very walkable. I believe I saw some trails nearby.

DON'T WALK, RUN from, BLUEGREEN VACATIONS as they will "MISLEAD; offer FALSE PROMISES; make excuses for POOR ACCOMMODATIONS/fail to provide ADA-COMPLIANT ACCOMMODATIONS & after Signing Contract DISCRIMINATE if, you Refuse to Buy additional Points then, within a few short Months begin charging you astronomical HIDDEN FEE'S!
We became "Owners" with Bluegreen Vacations in Oct. 2023, at the "Patrick Henry Square at Williamsburg" (We did not stay here as, when Booking we were told "We would only be going to Patrick Henry for the Presentation as, with the Vacation purchased at Bass Pro, BG would only Pay for Accommodations at an outside Hotel i.e. Comfort Inn"). We've always made sound investments until, we invested with Bluegreen "Worst financial Decision/Investment ever"! We've quickly learned that Bluegreen had unfairly mislead us with, false promises; we received nothing but, excuses for Poor Accommodations & within less then, 5 Months' time it became a very costly mistake with, mounting Hidden Charges we are being required to pay!
Initially, we were led to believe that this would be a good investment, it would benefit us & Family without becoming a significant burden. We were shown the most Beautiful, Functional Condo; were assured that maintenance fees would not increase/2023 was the first Increase they had in years & we were receiving a GREAT Price on Points with Husband being a Army Veteran. We were also told "as owners we'd always be given preference & be able to Book time before, non-owners"; we'd only need attend initial ownership meeting then, never again if, we choose not to; etc. (I did stop mid-way during the signing of Paperwork when, we were being, read something different & of course they'd brought the Women who'd been telling us all Benefits of ownership back to talk further with us, reassure us, etc. Stupidly believed her & finished Paperwork). ALL LIE'S!
So, after handing over nearly $ 21,000.00 to Buy "Points" & Pay "Fee's, etc." we Booked our first Trip to Mountain Loft in TN then, our 2nd one to Shore Crest Vacation Villas Marsh view, SC (Reviews can be seen on each of these 2 Resorts own Pages) & Accommodations just went from, not so great to absolutely Horrible!
We did Report all these issues to the so-called BG "Managment" at the Owner's Meeting but, we were only given excuses, our Points gone & we were basically told that "Unless we bought even MORE POINTS that, these crappy Accommodations will be all we ever receive as well as, we will NEVER be given preference in Booking time"!
