I left/forgot a shopping bag in the store during a vacation trip and only noticed it after I am back home 4 hours away. The store manager is super kind and helped me to mail the shopping bag to my home address!

Staff is just strange and didn’t even wish my son happy birthday for his birthday bear and also not one of them even smiled also the guy who puts stuffing is fulls of tattoos piercings and has painted nails which I don’t have an issue with but the fact that he doesn’t smile or make it enjoyable, sucked the fun out it.

Crazy expensive but the staff was amazing. My daughter had a great time picking her stuffie out and putting in a heart and creating a birth certificate. All in all a great experience, but be prepaired to spend a lot.

Zoey was very rude to my children. I understand they were having a day but yelling at my young child to push the pedal for the stuffing or to squeeze the bear to check for stuffing was very uncalled for when it was my child’s first time and they didn’t understand the process. Im very thankful the other employee was able to step in and see Zoey needed a break and help assist my children with the stuffing process.

It was a nice outing, they had the " pay your age" Birthday bear. The place could use some upgrades with clothing, accessories , and razzle dazzle to perk up the store.
My daughter enjoyed herself and that's all that matters

Went for my granddaughter's first birthday. The service was great. Wish the birthday bear came with clothes, but I suppose it was nice to offer a "deal" to add clothes.
