“I will admit, I was very skeptical at first when attempting to order over the phone or online. When I arrived in person Matt displayed the most comforting and professional experience possible. They did not have the vehicle I was expecting at the moment and in result Matt gave me the pick of the lot. I was very satisfied with the way Matt took his time with me and did not rush the process. The day of my expected return I called to see my options to extend and Peter assisted me with ease. I am more than satisfied with my experience at Enterprise Car rental and frankly speaking I can be a difficult customer to deal with. No resistance here, just great customer service and I certainly will be returning.
