“Made a reservation for a rental for pick-up at 9:00 am team member Dontae from the Williamsburg, VA location on Richmond Road reached out to me, letting me know he didn’t have a vehicle he could give me until he had more come in. He stated he would give me a call back, and he did just that twice. On the second call, he said he had something different but would make it right considering it was their fault they didn’t have the vehicle in hand. He was very helpful; he made sure everything was good, and I highly recommend him. He was all around great. It’s rare you get a person who actually calls back and does what they say they will!”
