“Excellent customer service! I booked a vehicle online and was called shortly after to let me know they did not have a car on site at the time but the rep was working to find one for me. This included calling another location to see if they could accommodate me. When a customer returned a vehicle early (a step up from mine), the rep called to update me and gave me the upgrade at no extra charge. When I called to return the vehicle early, he was able to work it out so I could do so after hours to not be charged for an extra day.”
“Jake was amazing from the Suttle dealership. He was working by himself the day I got my rental and exhibited so much patience with customers reactions due to high volumes. He was very thorough, kept a smile on his face and stayed professional. As I extended my reservation he was further helpful with more resourceful information and a correction on my receipt. Lastly, he was there upon my return and made it so easy at drop off, he was very accommodating and assuring with a slight spill in the trunk. He definitely deserves a bonus and/or raise. Great job Jake !! Will definitely continue to use that location for my rentals.”

“The manager and assistant manager, Matthew and Amari, were extremely helpful during a stressful time. We had a business trip scheduled for the second week, but the location did not have a vehicle ready. I asked Enterprise to transfer my reservation to the Newport News-Williamsburg airport and I do not regret it. I was met with patience, professionalism, and grace. Those guys were top-tier. Honestly, everyone I encountered at the PHF location is professional and kind. There's a young lady whose name I haven't had the chance to catch, but she is consistently professional and wears a smile. “This was mine and my husbands second time using Budget and have had a very good experience! It was super easy to make the reservation. We are moving across the country for the military, and the price was so much cheaper than UHaul and Penske. The gentleman there was so friendly! If you are moving, I highly recommend Budget!”
“I used to come to this location a few years ago and the customer service at that time was pretty subpar. However, I've returned for a few months now and I've noticed a huge improvement since then. I am either assisted by Mike or Mariah and they are both outstanding! I truly appreciate their consistency in remaining professional at all times. They go above and beyond every time when helping me with my rental. I am so grateful especially when good customer service is difficult to come by nowadays.
