“Customer service is exceptional. My experience at this enterprise by far was one of the best experience I have had in a long time. They were able to get me in a rental the same day even when I had a reservation at another location who ended up calling me while I was on my way to that location to advise they cancelled my reservation because they didn’t have any cars and didn’t offer to call around to any other locations to see if one could be reserved for me. I immediately reached out to this location and not only did they have a variety of cars they were also willing to pick me up from my home. A lot of enterprises aren’t doing this anymore so I appreciated it. From the drivers to the branch manager they have exceptional customer service and this location will be my go to whenever my family and I need a rental. Thanks again to the branch manager and staff. “I rented a car from here for the first time. The whole experience was very smooth. The folks working the counter were very friendly. They have an electronic process which is very light on physical paperwork. They gave me a brand new 2024 car with about 400 miles on it. It was clean and ran perfectly. The return process was equally smooth. I rent a lot of rental cars (at other airports) and I came away very impressed! “No terrible issues except I think your Tesla should be fully charged not left for your customer to charge. I left town late because I had to go sit at the mall and charge the vehicle.. Also couldn't return it tonight be ause of no drop box. Safest thing to do is return tomorrow. I'm sure I was charged for another day. Where is your drop box???”
