Super nice teller, but this bank took $10 of my check to cash it. It’s absolutely criminal that a bank is allowed to charge a person to honor a check produced by them. I will never use this bank as long as I can avoid it.

We chose to use Chase for both business, and personal use, and they have NOT disappointed! Everyone at the Monticello branch is helpful, insightful and a pleasure speaking with. Andres, Dante, and Lloyd are personable, genuine and knowledgeable. They truly get to know you, and are eager to ensure your experience with Chase is top notch. We are relocating to South Carolina, and I have found sadness realizing I can’t bring them with me! They are truly irreplaceable and remarkable key members of the Chase team. THANK YOU ANDRES, DANTE, and LLOYD!

Haven’t been a chase customer long but so far no disappointments like haveing a local bank in case of emergency’s you can walk into a branch, customer service has been amazeing with knowledge and financial tips on what to do and not do before purchasing a home loan went above and beyond 5stars In my eyes
