There's not too many items for their home collection, but you can find some grilling things and other smaller home stuff on occasion depending on the season.”
“Lost the pants of my suit 2 hours before a wedding, ran into this store. Ms. Courtney and Ms. Megan were fantastic! Couldn’t find the right grey to match my suit so she found a nice blue pair on sale that went with my tie and my girlfriend’s dress. They were fast, funny, and helped me out as much as possible.
Both of these women were fantastic and deserve a raise. I’ll be shopping here again to acquire the rest of this blue set because I think it looks quite sharp. My girlfriend loves it.

“Gap Factory is a great place to shop! The quality of their clothes really holds up, I still wear a pair of summer pants I bought over 8 years ago and they’re just as good. “Absolutely wonderful experience shopping here. We came in on 8/15 and were helped by Mary Beth. My mom is non English speaking and was looking for a bra. After seeing the look of defeat on my mom’s face, Mary Beth made it her mission to find her the right item. She was so attentive and made my mother feel comfortable and confident. “Oh my this was amazing! Definitely a unique and relaxing experience - Nicole was warm and friendly and explained the process. The care to my scalp and additional massages on my neck, shoulders, and arms was such a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs some me time and doesn’t want a typical massage experience. My hair has also never felt cleaner! I did the 60 minute treatment which felt like the perfect amount of time but could’ve easily done more.”

“The Three Cabanas is a fun store run by very friendly folks. They are a Lilly Pulitzer Premier Specialty Shop and also have several other styles. “Came to get a pair of Oakley sunglasses and stop by the store little that I know about the customer service I received inside the polo store. I believe her name was Maya. My wife and I went on a shopping spree. They had so many things to choose, but we were personally impressed with the service we received from the young lady who out of the blue asked me if I needed assistance so if you’re in the area, I would highly recommend taking a visit.”
“This was my very first visit not only to Williamsburg, VA, but to a Guess Clothing store Outlet. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, this store sells a lot of items that are my style. There was a very nice woman who helped me when I saw a pair of boots that I wanted to buy and I didn't care how much they were lol, yes, they were that cute...unfortunately, the boots were too small and out of season so no more were being sold, that's ok, I got to try them on and now I know to be on the lookout at Guess stores for their Fall fashion. I ended up getting a handbag and a charm bracelet.
The customers in front of me were having an issue with their transaction and the lady who helped me made sure to keep the lines moving and treated each customer accordingly with their transaction. She even took time out to help with an issue I had with signing up on the keypad, I asked could she come from around the counter so that I could show her what was going on, she was very patient and willing to help - I very much appreciated it that.
I didn't catch her name but see the sales number from the receipt. Thank you so much salesperson - 385564, for making my first time at a Guess Outlet in Williamsburg, VA a pleasure. Will def pay this store a visit again in the future.”

“We shopped several hours at the Williamsburg outlet stores today including the Eddie Bauer store. It was such a pleasant experience with Chris and the other employee (didn't get his name). They were both super friendly and helpful. I found the perfect coat and the color I wanted but the medium was just a bit snug and wouldn't have allowed for layering underneath. Chris helped me find the right size online and I ordered it before we left the store. I have always loved Eddie Bauer products. Thanks for your great help, Chris!”

“Tommy Hilfiger is a really nice store! They have a ton of great clothes and super friendly staff! The only slight issue is how expensive everything they sell is. There is a lot of discounts and sales, but most items in the store are more than your average clothes. Another thing is there was no music playing in the store. It was oddly quiet. Pretty good place to shop for clothes!”
