“I have a chronic health condition that causes my weight to fluctuate to extremes. That being said I've gained quite a bit of weight while trying to manage it and decided it was time to buy pants. I went to five stores and was publicly humiliated in one of them when I walked through the door and was told they don't carry my size while I was mid sentence. I was not treated in this horrible way at Zumies. Morgan listened to my experience and got very upset for me, just as upset as I was. She walked me around the store and helped me find a pair of pants that I love! She even gave me advice on other stores in the city that fit plus size women. Morgan treated me with the respect and dignity that all human beings deserve. She showed me compassion and love! The world could use a couple million more people just like her! If you read this Morgan, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made me feel beautiful!”

“I had no issues with this place. I recently ETS'ed and my time at CIF went VERY smoothly. A few things needed a bit more cleaning however thats understandable. Tips to help your process go smoother1. CLEAN YOUR GEAR2. GO ahead and print out your clothing record and go through and make sure you have everything and separate it into bins according to whatever page it may be on for your persona clothing record.3. Have your IOTV completely assembled (yolk and collar, groin protector etc.)4. Be patient with them and they will be patient with you.Dont be that person retiring after 20 years and say "this is 20 years worth of gear" That just tells them you did absolutely NOTHING to prepare for this appointment.....so expect delays.Thats all, respect the people and the people will respect you <3”

“I was there Thursday on 01/06/22 and I have to say some Employees are on top. But there was a few employees that seemed like they didn’t wanna be there and were just sitting in chairs by the cashiers. But enough of the negativity. Time for some pros! The Assistant Manager Ty was a Huge Success!! He talked me into buying 2 fragrances and his smile just brighten my wife’s and myself day! Props to you Ty! He was running to each customer and checking up on them and helping them out! I will be coming back to see Ty and his customer Service soon!”

“I absolutely love this store! The items are good quality and last for a long time. I love the stand they have taken on doing things to save the planet. They donate to different charities and have reusable bags that are only $5. If that’s not something you’re interested in they offer a paper bag for .10 so be prepared for that huge expense ? So people be in there crying over that. The employees are nice and helpful as well.”

“I just called to ask if they do appointments for a Reservist. They will not assist you in getting measurements unless you purchase from them directly, if your unit is paying for it they will not assist you in getting measured. I thought this place was assist soldiers. It's very sad and the lady was abrupt and rude. I may not have gotten my dress uniform there but I would have purchased my ribbons and everything else from them but not now.14 Dec 2023changing my review. I decided to go there this morning and just see if they would help me. They did. The lady in the alterations shop was so sweet and nice too me. She made sure I had my measurements. Didn't have an appointment, just went in their tried a few jackets and pants on for the new AGSU. The other lady was really nice too. They will assist you.I'm not sure who that other lady was that answered that phone but she wasn't to pleasant.”

She went out of her way to help me find some jeans that fit me very well, and her customer service was unmatched. I have to admit I am mostly an online shopper, and this was the first in-store experience I had had in a long time, and she made it very pleasant and enjoyable! “Yesterday, I took my son back to school shopping. Caleb was our associate that helped us. My son is returning to public school after being homeschooled for a year. He is now 13 and at a point where he is trying to find his own style and not have his mom pick his clothes for him. He did not have a clue where to start and honestly, neither did I! I explained his situation to Caleb. Not only did Caleb take the time to ask my son questions and get to know his likes and dislikes... He took the time to grab multiple styles of pants but he took the time to really check in and see how things were fitting for my child. Having a complete stranger make my son feel like he was important was really telling of the staff you have in your store. There was another young man (unsure of his name, but he was there when we were around 3 pm on August 23, 2022) that really took the time as well to give advice about style and comfort. They helped my child feel "cool" and current and I am beyond grateful. I just really wanted to take the time to give these gentlemen credit where it is due. THANK YOU!!!”
