They are nice people. However, service can sometimes be very slow and excruciatingly slow, potentially causing delays. Experiences can vary by location, with some stores providing exceptional help while others may not. The interior of stores is typically bright and clean with well-stocked shelves, though some exteriors may need updating, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance. Additionally, CVS Health offers coronavirus (COVID-19) testing at select locations. Tests are available for eligible individuals, and anyone age 10 or older can get tested where available. They offer both lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause lab delays.

There's a new person up front who was so rude today when I did a UPS drop off. I hope her day got better. I also have zero proof of returning two of my three packages but I guess I'm glad she managed to type my phone number in for one of them. I was very kind but she seemed really inconvenienced.
