I accidentally left my wallet in the bathroom while traveling for a mini-vacation in Virginia Beach from Richmond. It was hours later that I realized I couldn’t find my wallet! After much ineffective searching and lamenting- I finally thought to call that Shell to see if it had been found. Sure enough the manager did indeed have it, he kept it safe for me, and returned it to me when I passed back through 2 days later (with another form of I.D, which luckily I did have my passport in my bag). I am just so grateful for this manager’s kindness, professionalism, and prudent policy for his customers’ lost items! What a relief! Thank you, Sir!”
