“Sharika is just such a joy to chat with when I stop there. She knows all the regulars and from what I gather, others really enjoy seeing her too. It’s so hard to find people who are genuinely kind and care about others, and Sharika just exudes kindness. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and I’m glad we have this 7 Eleven just up the road from home.”
“1st review aroynd september 23: 5 stars with 1st 17 pics.Updated review november: 4 stars. the pumps rarely have security stickers or if they do they look tampered on them and there's little to no water in the window wash buckets. I've gone there multiple times and it's the same thing. Also the inside smells like grease. Staff is nice though. Last 2 photos go with the new updated review.”

“I so appreciate the management at this Shell station at 7340 Richmond Road in Williamsburg, VA.
I accidentally left my wallet in the bathroom while traveling for a mini-vacation in Virginia Beach from Richmond.
It was hours later that I realized I couldn’t find my wallet!
After much ineffective searching and lamenting- I finally thought to call that Shell to see if it had been found.
Sure enough the manager did indeed have it, he kept it safe for me, and returned it to me when I passed back through 2 days later (with another form of I.D, which luckily I did have my passport in my bag).
I am just so grateful for this manager’s kindness, professionalism, and prudent policy for his customers’ lost items!

“My favorite 7-Eleven store!Plenty of Slurpee options. Last two times I've gone, they've given me a free slurpee randomly so that's cool! Most of the staff are pretty friendly. One big improvement in the future would be mobile checkout being available at this store. They have signage for it but it doesn't appear to actually be set up.”

“Great folks on and run this station they're very friendly and very helpful and if you're in need of a place to take your car for repair they can direct you they just don't do repairs there they have a lot of things there homemade baked items cold sandwiches milk you name it they got a lot of things in there and some you wouldn't expect like roasted peanuts have different flavors and like I said the folks there are very nice and very accommodating”
“Great experience here on 5-16-22! Pulled up, walked in about 9:5?a.m., & was greeted "Good morning!"? by 2 friendly employees who were busy at work. I said good morning back, walked straight in to use the very clean restroom, chatted with them for a quick minute, thanked them for the work they are obviously putting into the very well kept store, went to pump the average priced (cheaper w/ fas rewards card) gas, and went on my way. Nice job ladies!! I hope your boss appreciates you as much as I do!! Thanks again!!”

“I've been going to this 7-Eleven for a local backyard playground build that is for my small business, and every time the clerks are welcoming and make the process of getting my refreshments easy.
Also, I don't know who the well spoken young blonde that works there is, but you have a welcoming energy to yourself, and hope the rest of the 7 Elevens around give the work ethic and positivity that you do. I'll be glad to return and say hello again!”

“Linda P was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond. They thought they did not have the prescription, but she found it anyway even though it wasn’t in the computer and saved me a bunch of time. She also helped find finding the best way since I don’t have insurance. It’s hard to find employees that actually care. She is a diamond. I have a company of over 100 employees and I would hire her in a second.”

“I just moved here to Virginia 2 year’s ago I enjoy coming to your store I love having mike back he is a good man with a great personality he needs to stay on the 2 Ed shift. In the morning on the way to work some young girl name Brittany she can be nice sometimes she needs to work on how to speed up in the mornings don’t like her to much she can have an attitude ! some short lady has long gray hair and another short lady skinny her name is Tonya she is very nice and helpful she needs to work more on your first shifts they are both really keepers on your first shift take that girl Brittany off the front line she is not made for the front line at all . On the way back home on your last shift there is a very beautiful woman name Venus she cleans really good and really fast on front line on your last shift she is the only one who keeps your store clean I want her number so she can clean my house she always has a smile on her face and a beautiful personality she needs to be a trainer I love the fact she is a volunteer EMT and knows her stuff because I seen her in her uniform and Venus knows Spanish and sign language . I also love your other employees Jenie she is very beautiful and helpful loves to smile on 2 Ed shift Kim and The other manger she is a lady they are both nice and helpful on your last shift at night the man AJ I really like him he is a keeper you should make him a manger for night shift he gets stuff done fast and he has a smile everytime also the lady ANN she is a sweetie and very helpful too !!!! The worse is you have to let that other woman go she so mean all the time and she can’t clean at all she is short has red hair don’t know her name somebody told me her name was Kayla she needs to learn to be nice and come off the front line last night on August 29 th, 2020 My daughter and her friend ask for a pizza she said to us I’m not cooking this late it was only 10:30 pm she is bad news she needs to be fired other then that I love this store !!!! “Open during COVID-19 crisis with great prices on gas (1.78/gallon) and good sanitation of store. Employees were friendly, large dispenser of hand sanitizer at the front door and a female employee was sweeping and wiping things down the entire time I was in the store. No refillable containers allowed currently, but still serving up slurpees, snacks, and basic necessities. Nicest 7-11 in Williamsburg. Quiet atmosphere and friendly employees.”

“Convenient and easy to use, the Harris Teeter Fuel Center is a great spot to fill up. The pumps are well maintained and there’s usually plenty of space to get in and out quickly. The staff nearby are friendly and helpful if you need anything. It’s a nice bonus that you can earn fuel points while shopping inside Harris Teeter. Overall, a hassle-free and reliable place to get gas!”
