There's a new person up front who was so rude today when I did a UPS drop off. I hope her day got better. I also have zero proof of returning two of my three packages but I guess I'm glad she managed to type my phone number in for one of them. I was very kind but she seemed really inconvenienced.

This CVS is the worst CVS we’ve ever had to use. Specifically the pharmacy is the issue, the store itself isn’t. The pharmacy employees are all incredibly rude and act like you being there is a problem. They finally got rid of the really awful employee, however just recently I went to get something and I was still treated like trash for no apparent reason. After standing with no help for a long time in an empty line, they seem to like pretending people aren’t waiting, someone came over and asked what we wanted with a look on her face like we were bothering her, it genuinely threw me off how mean she looked. It’s strange how little these employees seem to care about customer service (and this has always been a problem). The younger employee who’s in maybe her 20s was nicer. Aside from how they act towards customers in a nearly empty store, they also don’t answer phones. Could be waiting for 40 minutes and it wouldn’t matter, you can see them not answering them while waiting in line. They are incredibly slow getting orders ready, many times in the past we’ve had to wait days to get a simple prescription that most pharmacies can get together in a few hours. My CVS where I go to college has friendly employees (similar staff numbers), handles crowds easily and always has things ready when they should be. When speaking with my doctors, multiple different ones, as soon as we say “CVS Norge” they get a look on their face and WINCE. My doctor has told me they’ve heard about this cvs many times. Why nothing is ever done, I’m not sure.

Best selection of discounted vitamin products in the vitamin health aisle. Large selection of gummy chew products but could not find joint health gummy products instead purchased the 2 for 1 discounted Osteo Bi-FLEX JOINT HEALTH tablets. Overall shopping experience was above expectations with addtl. snacks purchased and quick checkout from friendly cashier.

Cudos to the pharmacy. I had dealt with 2 other CVS locations that failed to help me and actually made my day even worse today by sending me on a wild goose chase looking for my son’s medication until I got Wendy in Norge. Thank you for taking the time to help me and get me the medication my son needed in a short time frame. I appreciate you!

They take 30 minutes to answer the phones, then place you on hold for another 20, so by the time your issue is fixed, you've spent an hour on the phone. They put your medications back early. Every single person, other than the shorter woman with the dreads, is horribly rude and has a nasty attitude. I had an old woman REFUSE to give me my birth control, but gave me my other medications. The employees will quite literally slam the drive through window in your face when you tell them they're wrong and have the proof to back it up. When you try to transfer your medications to another pharmacy, they won't transfer ALL of them, so you have to continue to call them over and over until they finally send off your prescriptions. I'm tired of feeling like I have to fight people to get the medicine that gives me a standard quality of life. It's disgusting that your employees don't realize the importance of their job and act worse than Burger King employees. They don't realize if they don't do their jobs, it could kill someone.

It's possibly the worst pharmacy ever. I have never been to a more rude or dysfunctional pharmacy in my 46 years of life. I beg you to use a different pharmacy if you are able. I have yet to meet an associate in the pharmacy who isn't rude or disrespectful. I can only assume that they all hate their jobs there. This place needs a major wake up call. It's truly appalling how bad this place is. Wow!

Every prescription take 3+ days for them to fill. Including ones your doctor says you need to take right away. Can’t get anyone to pickup when I call either. I can walk to this location but might as well drive elsewhere.

CVS Pharmacy the store #2224 has the most rude heartless unempathic group of people working in the pharmacy accept for Craig he was a Rockstar the physical pharmacist at this location is only there for her paycheck how can you let A BRAND NEW type 1 diabetic who just left the hospital leave with the wrong Lanct that doesn't even fit the the meter that was ordered as well as no care calling on a weekend and refused to offer any help when there had been a issue with filling his insulin acting more like they couldn't be bothered and who cares if you end up back in the hospital took us 3hrs to get them to KINDA pretend to care but only after they were called out for there actions other rx patients couldn't believe but were also used to treatment like this sad if I could go to another pharmacy I would but my employer won't cover so I'm stuck with there Attitudes and unwillingness to help

?THEY HUNG UP ON ME?
Terrible service!
I called to check on a prescription for my mother-in-law; after 6 minutes on hold the clerk said "we're working on her prescription now", when asked when it will be ready, THEN she told me "we are out of stock" (codeine #3s - super common medicine)! "It might come in Thursday" (it's Tuesday, they got the script Monday).
I said "You were going to let this woman sit in pain for days?"
She hung up on me.....

Disappointing. Called the pharmacy to ask a quick question about a medication and was placed on hold. No big deal as I expected this. After waiting 20min someone picked up the line and immediately hung up. Again, this happens so I wasn't too upset but when I called back right after a recording followed stating that the pharmacy was now closed for lunch for 30 more min, leading me to believe it I was intentionally hung up on. Again, disappointing.

Like everyone says, it's ridiculous here, nobody answers the phone and the drivethru is often closed during normal pharmacy hours.

This place is a joke. Call this meds to get a refill. Couldn’t do it online, because it said call the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy this morning. Was online for an hour and 45 minutes. I called them after their lunch break was on our for about an hour and a half. Just called them two minutes ago once again on hold for over an hour. So I asked to speak to store manager. He told me that the pharmacy is very busy and I told him that I was on hold for almost hour and a half. I told him it only take a few seconds to pick up the phone to answer my question. so he transferred me to the pharmacy and once again, I’m a hold for another one hour. I’m disabled and I do not have a car, I get my medicine delivered. As of today, still don’t have my meds and I’m out of it. Changing pharmacy!!!!
