Specific employees have been recognized for providing excellent customer service, going over and beyond to assist customers with tasks like finding medication or transferring photos. They are nice people. However, service can sometimes be very slow and excruciatingly slow, potentially causing delays. Experiences can vary by location, with some stores providing exceptional help while others may not. The interior of stores is typically bright and clean with well-stocked shelves, though some exteriors may need updating, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance. Additionally, CVS Health offers coronavirus (COVID-19) testing at select locations. Tests are available for eligible individuals, and anyone age 10 or older can get tested where available. They offer both lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause lab delays.
My go to pharmacy. Love the online notices about your prescriptions from when they receive it, processing and notice of it ready for pickup. No waiting! Always attentive and friendly counter service.
