Embassy Suites by Hilton Williamsburg provides very good and friendly service from arrival to departure. The location is just off the beaten path, remote yet only minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Many guests find it a great place to stay with a good location. The complimentary, made-to-order breakfast is repeatedly highlighted as superb, amazing, outstanding, and one of the best. It includes options like cereal, fresh fruits, bacon, eggs, and alternative milks, with coffee available around the clock. The evening reception offers complimentary snacks and two free drinks nightly, with staff described as super friendly, bubbly, and managing busy periods perfectly. Rooms are noted as immaculately clean, very comfortable, and well soundproofed. However, some details are described as a bit old, with occasional mentions of cramped rooms, spotty internet, malfunctioning phones, and TVs with no signal. Despite these occasional issues, the overall experience is positive, with the excellent breakfast, evening reception, and great staff making it a compelling choice for many.

We stayed one night and it was good for what we needed. Good location. Some details in the room were a bit old and the pillows were a bit lacking.The included breakfast was probably one of the best I've had, they even had alternative milk options.All the staff we enteracted with were also great.
