I went in looking for a small end table, something I had been hunting for over a week and finally found the perfect one here! The staff was so nice and welcoming, and the store was spotless and well-organized, which made shopping so easy. I learned that on Mondays a certain tag color is just $1 and another color is 50% off, which was such a nice surprise. I ended up grabbing some new clothes and outdoor toys for my kids along with my table. Overall, a great store with great deals and friendly service!

I love to thrift, and this is a nice store, however goodwill please please PLEASE stop making holes in your clothes with those tagging guns you use to put the colored plastic tag holders on!!! It breaks the threads and theres no way to fix it. I was so disappointed yesterday and would have loved to have bought a bunch of cute shirts i found but you made holes in all of them by doing that. Please find another way or just be more mindful of where you're putting it, in the seam would be best. Especially being one of the pricier thrift stores(alot of things being overpriced), yall need to be more mindful of this!! You're literally ruining so many good pieces of clothing by doing that.
Edit; also, you can't be serious pricing a bath and body works wallflower at 3.99...They're literally 3.95 in the store right now! 3.99 for that...at goodwill?!! Highway robbery. That's the point of thrifting, to get stuff for a steal rather than paying a bunch! Do better goodwill.

Very organized and modern. There was also plenty of stuff my family loved there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I have to say is that I wish the prices were clearer but besides that we loved it and definitely will visit again.

Went on $1 Green Tag Monday. Fairly new sale practice this has only been in effect like the past 4 week..I found so many green tag cover up with a newer color .. .. deceitful and shameful!

I never seen any store like that!!! Treat people like a stuff I guess, and don't care about any customer at all!! I fell by sitting down their chair and got a very serious problem with my back because of that, and they said nothing to me and even no called me to be sure if i am still alive!! not sure if because I am Asian or they don't care any of their customers. I was not able to work for a few months and need to see a doctor, my family has financial problems now because of them too!!

My husband and I love Heather ❤️ ? she is so so kind , everytime we meet her she treats us very kindly with a smiling face. She is the best for us . God bless her and her family (I hope she will know who we are).

I just stopped into browse as usual. When I checked out, Heather was at the checkout counter. She was wonderful. Thank you for hiring such gracious and competent people to work in your Williamsburg store. It makes coming back such a pleasure.
