I wasn't able to find any decent women's clothes. My husband found a few clothing items. Have been there in psst and more to pick from. But of course depends on the donations! Employees very friendly!!

Way too overpriced for used donated items. I’ve been to other goodwills in the state and nothing has been this outrageous. I saw a bike for $50 that was missing a wheel. A MK purse that had the handle cut in half for $15. The kids toys are always either dirty or missing pieces and they’re asking $20 for a musty looking toy that’s like half the price of it new. I mean these are donated things after all. Whoever is pricing this stuff is doing a terrible job, marshalls across the street has some of this stuff new for $5 more

I personally like the store, there's pretty good finds and the store is kept nicely organized. However, last time I was there I kept being blatantly followed by one of their employees to the point that it was really uncomfortable and had to cut my visit short. Every 2 minutes they would butt in right next to me while I was searching the racks and sort of eye me and then pretend to go do something else and then circle back to me. I'll be returning cause like I said good finds but I hope I don't have to deal with something like that again at this location. Just a college student trying to find affordable clothes

I visited this Goodwill on a recent thrifting trip. As a reseller I found the inventory offered was above average, probably due to location. However, if you're trying to make a profit, (3x or more) you'll need to be ready to do some serious hunting and on-the-spot research because prices were quite high. Most thrift stores have hopped on the band wagon and price items according to what they see them sell for online, or, go even one step further and sell online themselves and put the "junk" on the shelves. Your job will be to find what they missed and they do miss a lot! I'm giving this location 4 stars for friendly employees, a clean store and good inventory. No 5th star because prices were were boarding on ridiculous!

I shop at Goodwills all over Virginia, but this is one I would not go out of my way to visit again. It is large and loaded with stuff, I go for the household items, but it's the messiest Goodwill I've been in. Household items weren't placed on shelves, they were piled on. Prices didn't seem bad, but most of what I saw looked like junk. I buy loads of nice items from Goodwill , but could not find one thing to buy here with all they had. It was packed the Saturday I went with customers, but either they need a bigger store or they need to lower the prices to move some of that garbage off the shelves.

My least favorite Goodwill in Hampton Roads. It's always messy and the prices are outrageous (as in, things are tagged for higher than already attached orginal tags).

I used to shop there often because being a criminal law paralegal I had to dress well. The location is different now. It moved on Monticello Avenue. When I walked in I noticed it smelled and it looked like a junk store where before it was organised. I ended up buying two Ann Klein summer blouses and paid $8.00. If you have the patience you can find designer clothes. I am not going out of my way to go shop there but if I am in the neighbourhood I will. I visited again where I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Lisa the manager. I was curious about something. She was very knowledgeable and answered sincerely. I noticed she came from the back where they work with the merchandise. That impressed me. I noticed there were many customers. There was a line to pay. Very busy. I gave them another star because I took a second look and noticed what they sell and how hard the employees were working, especially Lisa. It’s like a treasure hunt visiting the store.
