Stood around looking for an associate in the door department to help me. I was ready to.order 2 custom doors. No one to be found. Asked in other depth to send someone to the door dept. Waited longer. No one. Walked out headed to Lowes.

I have a pending complaint about their 5 year appliance service. I have had multiple communications and escalations. My final comments will be posted once my issue is resolved. The Manager has reached out to me snd promised a result by tomorrow.

Thomas and Lisa in Home Depot's Garden Department went beyond normal service helping me pick and cut the base of a Christmas (so it stood even.)
