“I go there and immediately get attention and courteously shown where the products are that I want If I have a problem with anything, they take it back They put the grill together and brought it to my house. They always have exactly what I need. I don’t have to hunt around going aisle by aisle. They show me where it is. I get it and I’m out. It’s a beautiful thing.”
“Needed a U-Haul last minute over Memorial Day weekend, and the U-Haul at Ace Hardware on Monticello Ave in Williamsburg made the whole process incredibly easy. I booked everything online and even had to change my check-in time three different times, each change literally took seconds with no issues at all.
When I arrived, the check-in process was fast and smooth. Every employee at Ace Hardware and the staff handling the U-Haul rental were phenomenal, friendly, helpful, funny, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I signed one document, got the keys, and was able to get on the road quickly.
The truck itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly the size I needed, which was impressive for such a busy holiday weekend. Returning it was just as easy with the after-hours drop box available outside.
Overall, this was one of the easiest and most user-friendly rental experiences I’ve had. Being able to handle almost everything directly from my phone made it even better. Highly recommend this location!”
“I bought two cans of paint for painting my patio and I chose a brick red color from the catalog. Mr Charles Tomaski was in charge of color grading. The color grading was finished according to the computer program settings, but there is still a big difference to the color card which I chose. I asked Mr Tomaski to make corrections, but there were still subtle differences in each adjustment. After 7-8 times, it finally reached a level closer to the color card. I know that because of my profession, I am very strict and picky about the color. Mr Tomaski has done it over and over again, very patiently for me, Thank you. Mr Tomaski. Now I am very happy with the color of my patio.”

The reviews about not being able to find someone is irrational and wrong. I’m here weekly and I’m so happy that their approach is “we are here if you need us” but don’t try to pester or follow you around. If that’s what you want you’re the problem not the staff.”

“I love Lowe’s plant section and usually find something to bring home. Rarely has one not survived. Most are strong, excellent quality, and I’ve yet to find one with any sort of insect infestation. That is probably the reason most of my indoor plants come from there.”

“I'm rewriting my review because whoever runs this account has less attention to detail than their own staff. I live near Raleigh, NC, based on my experience in several Tractor Supply Stores in Raleigh I figured all their stores were trashed and poorly merchandised. I was very surprised by the store near Williamsburg, VA. WHAT A CLEAN WELL ORGANIZED LOCATION. They should send the staff from this location in Williamsburg, to the Raleigh market to clean it up, to teach them how good it can be, the staff in Williamsburg is helpful and really seem to care. The Raleigh market is terrible and could learn a lot from here.”
