“One of the best of many Ace Hardware Stores that I have traded at. Every employee is always ready to give their best at all times. My last visit introduced me to Ed, who I believe was a manager. Hie customer service skills while manning the “Helpful Hut” were the best. He took care of a key situation with my wife’s “Yankee” house keys. Did an amazing job!”

“Came by here with my parents during a recent visit to Williamsburg Premium Outlets and I was blown away by their outstanding Ryobi tool/accessory selection. Not only is that selection super impressive, but the prices are crazy good too. My dad was looking for a replacement part for a Ryobi hand vacuum but alas they stopped making parts for it quite some time ago (nerve-wracking for me since mine is the same model so I won't ever be able to get parts for mine either). However, this place had several refurbished items of the newer model type. Total price for one? Only $21, crazy deal, and the wet/dry hand vacuum was only about $30, which is also a fantastic price. It's worth noting that they have way more than just generic consumer-level items too, any construction contractor would have a field day with the selection of heavy power tools, chainsaws, and pressure equipment they keep around. Also apparently they give Ryobi warranties for free with purchases, the hand vacuum came with a three-year one. On top of all this, the two employees we interacted with here gave us great answers to our questions and were very polite. Easy parking in the multitude of nearby lots to boot. Hard to find anything negative to call out here. I fully intend to come back once I'm a homeowner and stock up on property maintenance equipment! Overall: 5.0 stars ----- Pros: - Insanely good selection of Ryobi tools and accessories. Whatever you need, they have it. I apologize for not taking photos to showcase this! - Prices are fantastic, doubly so when you realize they come with multi-year warranties included in the price. - Knowledgeable and friendly service. - Plenty of nearby parking since it's in a shopping center. Cons: - Honestly none I could see. Since the hand vacuum was a recent purchase, have yet to see if it has any issues. If I don't update this review, it's probably still working great!”

“I purchase a variety from this store. Everything from Halloween and Christmas decorations to do it your self items. Mostly I enjoy going into Home Depot. Every once and a while though I come across a cashier that lacks training or is tired or whatever. It does lessen the experience.”

“It seems to be better than its rival down the road. I would say quailty products at a reasonable price. Can be pricey but also sales are usually available. So its a 50/50 shot. If i go to lowes competition its because they dont have the item in stock”

“I bought two cans of paint for painting my patio and I chose a brick red color from the catalog. Mr Charles Tomaski was in charge of color grading. The color grading was finished according to the computer program settings, but there is still a big difference to the color card which I chose. I asked Mr Tomaski to make corrections, but there were still subtle differences in each adjustment. After 7-8 times, it finally reached a level closer to the color card. I know that because of my profession, I am very strict and picky about the color. Mr Tomaski has done it over and over again, very patiently for me, Thank you. Mr Tomaski. Now I am very happy with the color of my patio.”

“This is a very well run and efficient hardware store. They seem to have just about everything a person could need for home repair and woodworking projects. The only thing I wish they had were full sheets of plywood and full 2x4s. For the plywood, I have to travel out to home Depot which is another 20 minutes away. Away. The location convenience mixed with the selection in the store have been a lifesaver.”
