I did walk out the door with only one boot in my box. Turned back around and they ended up not having the size( in another shoe) that I bought. So I went up half of a size and didn't have another boot w that size. So I went up to a 12 and finally had 2. But going up a size was fine.. shouldve done that anyhow but he loved the surprise! (:

Horrible service!!! My family and I walked in, and they never greeted us or welcomed us. There was no one in the store except for a couple and a mother and child. We waited for around15 mins, but no one said anything or asked to help us. They walked right by us several times without even acknowledging we were there. Never going there again!

Went in about 3 days ago, very excited to try on uggs to figure out my size and decide what uggs I wanted. Asked a worker for a size women’s 11 or 12 in the minis or ultra minis. I was met with “with a shoe size that large we usually look at the men’s” or something very close to that. Then said “we can special order them” the Ugg website carries up to a 12 as far as I can tell. I was a little hurt as I was excited to purchase my first pair of uggs and didn’t feel that a size 11 was an out of ordinary size… the only reason I left semi okay is because he brought out an 11 in a different set of women’s uggs so I could try them on and see if they fit. Safe to say I will just order them from the Ugg website

Last time I went in a while back. No one greeted me. No one asked if I needed help. And looked at me like I had 3 heads when I ask for help. So, I walked out. Have not been back since.

Very attentive & helpful to what I wanted. Didn’t push me into anything I didn’t need or want. Got a great deal on some shoes & left very happy!

My husband went there to find run star hike high converse for my daughter and also the Birkenstock Boston vl/shearlings and the staff there went out of their way to find both pairs and get them in the store in time to bring them home to Michigan for Xmas. Hats off to Christine Crawford, Niyanna, Dorika, and Nyasia for being such awesome customer service people. We love you ladies!!!!

they assisted me, my girlfriend and my mother in looking and trying on several pairs of shoes even though we only ended up buying one pair they were very nice and assisted us without question or attitude, would recommend this store anyday

I experienced the worst service at Journeys this past Friday. I entered the store and no one acknowledged or said Hello.. it was as if I was interrupting their personal conversation. Until another women came in and both employees spoke to her and still no one spoke to me or anyone else in my party. I guess our money was not green enough or was it the color of our skin. I even said something about can we get service and still no response. Needless to say I will not be spending anymore of my money at Journeys and I will continue to spread the word about my horrible experience.

Went to go shopping here not too long ago, the hours were posted as open yet the doors were locked and the two staff members who were standing at the register ignored every single person who came to the door. Nobody put a note out as to why, they just ignored people during open hours. It was ridiculous. We walked over to Zumiez instead and got great service.
