Kingsmill Resort is a comfortable and convenient luxury resort set on beautiful, well-maintained grounds near Busch Gardens. The spacious condos feature full kitchens, living rooms, and separate bedrooms, though some interiors feel dated and require updating. The staff is consistently described as very kind, accommodating, and extra helpful, with a great texting system for service. The on-site restaurants, Elements and The Mill, receive praise for amazing breakfasts and food, with excellent service. The location is a major highlight—tucked away yet incredibly convenient, just minutes from local attractions. While some rooms need refreshing and stairs are required for access, the overall experience is top notch. The resort is noted for its fair value, lovely common spaces, and a secure, gated entry. Guests frequently express a desire to return again and again.

The course was in good shape overall but definitely has some rough patches and is still healing from the multiple weeks of heavy ice. Staff was wonderful.

Room was nice, some issues. Sink blocked. Some dirty spots on wall and door. Easter brunch only okay for the price. So cold in the ballroom ruined the experience as well.
