I had a very unpleasant checkout with Kayla, who I assume is the manager. She was speaking with two of her employees about sales, and how they got slammed after 1 PM (didn’t even over $2,000) until then. I was facing forward just to waiting to be called to the register. She finishes up on the conversation and I see her look at me and take a sip of her water and mouth (pretty loudly), “So are you going to come up or not?” I then ask if they were ready and she remarks with an attitude, “Yeah, we’re waiting on you guys to come up.” She knew she was rude. No apology. Just said bye to employees and left.
Mind you, she left a TRAINEE upfront to manage a register with two customers who were spoken to like that. JACK apologized. Jack didn’t do anything. He was great, actually. I think Kayla could learn a thing or two from him. I hope she learns to treat customers better in the future or maybe she should rethink her choice of profession!

We bought the wrong size for my son. Brought it back and exchanged for a different shoe/size. The staff was extremely kind and helpful!

Great place to get quality shoes! We come here often to pick up specific styles and numbers for a family member. The staff is really nice and super helpful, always ready to assist with finding the right fit or style. The store is well-organized and has a good selection, making shopping easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable athletic footwear!

Exactly 1000 on the dot I am at the store and the door is locked while the lady was looking at me while putting her headset on. She finally comes and open the door and neither one of them had any warm greeting......just seems like it's too early for them.

Store layout is kind of chaotic but clean. The staff seemed to generally not care if you were being helped or not. There were several who were just standing around. I asked about similar shoes to one I had bought in the past, they just said that they didn't have any like that and walked off without recommending anything else. Of note is that I was fine getting something different, I just wanted to know some general suggestions.
Just go to the Virginia Beach or Richmond location. They just don't really seem to care here. Better to spend your money at the locations that do. I know it's retail and it can wear you out but the sense of "I don't care, it's an outlet so customers are guaranteed, just give me a paycheck" was extremely strong here.

Soo…I made a purchase at this location on Sunday morning 8/18/24 however while I was trying on sneakers I DEFINITELY felt like I was being racially profiled by the store employees. For starters when I walked in the store they had literally open their doors meaning the store just opened so it’s not much restocking that needs to be done, there were barely any customers in the store. However I literally saw 3 different employees switch out but stand near me I will strongly suggest it was to “guard me” as if I was going to run out of the store with the sneakers. It was truly a triggering experience for me. And I will be sending my complaint to corporate as well.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I wasn’t greeted upon entry of the store. I had to initiate the good morning first ??♀️

This was a very disappointing experience. The store presentation was good but the staff was not very welcoming. Not sure why but I wasn’t greeted as I entered the store and after shopping around for a bit I noticed that other shoppers were being checked on and provided assistance. I had to go find an employee and when I asked for my size he said “we have some shoes in that size”. No effort to assist me in looking so I asked if he could look for a specific shoe. He came back and handed me a piece of paper and said bring this to the front if you want to order them. Not sure what I did to warrant that treatment but I’ll find shoes somewhere else. Awful customer service.

The store is very clean. The employees are very kind. They carry a limited number of wide shoes. Only two styles of running shoes were in my size. Used to love you guys, bring back wife and casual styles.
