“This store is the best!! There is always a friendly face ready to help if you need it. I love that they also have a cat room that gets shelter cats adopted. I’ve been fostering kittens for years, so it’s great to see all of the cats that get adopted here. I’m very particular about what I feed my kitties, and they have a nice selection of raw food. They also have a nice selection of: wet food, dry food, freeze dried food and other foods. For both dogs and cats. Nautical dog has lots of accessories and treats too. I usually leave with things I don’t need. I’m sure my cats are sick of me buying them matching bandanas. They get to know you by name here, it doesn’t just feel like you are a number when shopping. If you have a pet, definitely check this place out!! Nautical Dog is my favorite and go to pet store!”

“The groomers were great with my nervous, senior dog. The floor staff were very helpful in finding what I needed. All the staff were so friendly! Plus they send out lots of coupons!”

“I'm rewriting my review because whoever runs this account has less attention to detail than their own staff. I live near Raleigh, NC, based on my experience in several Tractor Supply Stores in Raleigh I figured all their stores were trashed and poorly merchandised. I was very surprised by the store near Williamsburg, VA. WHAT A CLEAN WELL ORGANIZED LOCATION. They should send the staff from this location in Williamsburg, to the Raleigh market to clean it up, to teach them how good it can be, the staff in Williamsburg is helpful and really seem to care. The Raleigh market is terrible and could learn a lot from here.”

Dog food & grooming/bath-
They have a LOT of selections for dog food, I got a bath and nail trim appointment for Snotbottom. He came out so clean and fresh! He looked adorable, (I put a picture from a little while after) He was so happy to be all cleaned and trimmed!

“We’re from Florida and we’re traveling up to CT to work at a summer camp. We’ve used Petco grooming often in Florida and Connecticut and have always been happy with the service. I became apprehensive after reading some reviews of both the store and the grooming service. For those that wrote negative reviews let me say - get a life - maybe it’s you!!!!!
The store was well stocked and the staff friendly and helpful. The grooming staff was great with both Layla my Frenchie and me. I will easily recommend this Petco location for any of your pets needs.”
