“We picked up a nail on our way to a recent conference in Williamsburg. A major storm was predicted and we wanted to fix the tire before the rain and wind arrived. Not knowing who to call, we first tried our luck at a well-known shop only to find out they couldn't take care of us for a couple of days. Thankfully, we discovered Tire Choice Auto Service on our way out of the parking lot. The staff was super helpful and took care of us right away. As we visited with other customers, it was clear that the shop is well-respected by locals. The repair was quickly made, and they wished us well! It is rare these days to find a service provider who makes such an effort to care for their customers. Wish we could add one more star to the review.”

“My wife's car was making an alarming wining noise. After much researching I thought that it could be an electrical power steering issue, which something that is unfamiliar to me. An expensive fix. My wife took her car to Howard Motor Corp. They found that it was simply the serpentine belt and tensioner. A much less expensive fix. Even though I'm a little embarrassed that I missed what should have been obvious I'm happy that I told my wife that I'm not really sure what the problem was. Howard Motor Corp has a good local reputation as an honest car repair shop. Today, they showed me why they have that reputation.”

I recently got a state Inspection there and within an hour of my appointment they called and said it was ready, very happy with the prompt excellent service I received, many other places it seems I would have to wait hours. “I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and while the wait time was far above average I was more impressed with how the manager handled the situation than i was disappointed in the service I had received. Things go wrong, but it's more of a mark on the business in how they respond to mistakes than just solely making them. The manager was very patient, sympathetic, and knowledgeable, and geniunely seemed to care that I was put out by the quality of service. He offered me a discount and further explained why they were having complications. His response is the reason I will continue to go to this NTB to get work done on my vehicle, and recommend others do the same because any mechanic can make a mistake, but there are few that genuinely care about making up for it and keeping your business.”
