“They squeezed me in at the end of their day and fixed this bend in my rim. *NOTICE* They DON'T actually sell the service to fix bent rims but I gave the go-ahead. I can personally fix ugly but I can't fix bent. I say 10/10 amazing job. While waiting I ordered new wheels because I'm sorely disappionted in these enkie's bending. I'll be returning to get my tires put on the new wheels this week. Fast, very reasonable prices, and good people.”

“I had such a great experience at Economy Tire Express today! Naas (apologies if I misspell the name) was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Even though the shop clearly had plenty going on, he made me a priority without an appointment. He replaced all four of my valve stems quickly and at a very fair price, and even gave my tires an extra check to make sure everything was safe before I left.
It’s rare these days to find service that feels both efficient and genuinely caring, but that’s exactly what I got here. Highly recommend Economy Tire Express if you want honest, dependable service with people who really take care of their customers. Thank you so much!”

“First, the building is immaculate. Very well organized, tastefully decorated, and clean facility. The waiting room was a very comfortable place to be. The shop is also very clean and organized, indicative of a good organization. The work they did on my Toyota Tundra was great too and done ahead of schedule. “Very honest mechanics. I called the shop right when my car was pulled over and overheating. They gave great advice to not try to move it and tow it straight to their shop saving me from potential further damage. They took care of the problem and found another issue as well and replaced the part, even showing me the wore out part they removed. The prices are within range of their competitors and they kept in touch calling me with every thing they came across for my approval to address. For the work I had done two days in the shop was very reasonable. They had done work to my car in the past I was pleased with as well. Many thanks!”

I’ve been going there on and off for 30 years because of their proximity to the Shipyard. I have never had a bad experience and find their business very accommodating. I recommend them to my shipyard buds all the time.”

I initially went to Henry tires however the gentleman was on his phone when I walked in and didn't even acknowledge me that I had even walked in so I left. “After having a bad experience with the Henry Tires in Hampton off of Mercury (selling me a warped tire, and then installing it on the wrong side of the car) I ended up here not realizing they are affiliated, after I searched “used tires near me”. Shaun was willing to fix my situation, but only partially. He offered to replace the tire that was sold to me damaged, but I still needed a tire; for the tire I needed replaced in the first place. He advised that I call the store and see what they were willing to do. After I called and fussed, the receptionist in the Hampton location notified me of the policy they have for “no warranty on used tires” I requested to speak with a manager and she let me know that was Shaun. After the Hampton location pushed the problem off to him, he cleaned up their mess, correcting it all. I got my tires replaced and he did it in under 30 mins, as I was dealing with a fussy toddler. I appreciate him for making it right.”

“The young lady who manages the store in the denbigh area of Newport News is probably the best choice that anybody could have made. I went initially just for two tires she took the time to show me that I was in an arena of needing four not just two. I went ahead and offered to go ahead and complete the repairs the young lady took her own initiative and was able to get them delivered the same day although they did not have the other two in stock. After installation there were a couple scenarios that needed correcting she handled them in a very professional very relaxed manner which kept me relaxed and informed which was excellent completed them everything done 100% to my satisfaction. I myself have been in the automotive industry for 30 plus years and if anybody is familiar with dealership operations I was a director of fixed operations for three major Auto groups here on the peninsula and Southside and if I had had the opportunity that any given point I would hire her and put her in probably one of the best positions I could find what a wonderful experience that could have been a very bad experience she turned it around and made it exactly what it was supposed to be again a very excellent experience I would highly recommend this store above all others”

“I can't tell yall how kind these folks are. I took my car in this morning because I had a puddle of water in my back seat from the rain storm. I knew it would be either because of my sunroof being clogged or possibly due to a leak in my roof rack rails. They got me in and out asap. And as a single woman showing up to a mechanic shop, I always have worries that I'm being taken advantage of. These guys were amazing and they even answered a bunch of questions I had about my dad's van that also has some issues.
