“We came on vacation to williamsburg from Pittsburgh PA with hopes of nothing going wrong, alas something went wrong with a screw being lodged in the outside tread of our tire. We searched for a tire shop near our hotel which was less than half a mile away and we were met by wally at the front desk who took amazing care of my grammy and I. Happily had his colleague Josh a wonderful young man switch out our tire for us to keep us on our way for our trip. We were wished by the both of these great guys to have a safe trip. “Took small wheels with tires to get new tires installed. Wheels so small, most would not touched them but these guys looked at the problem first, no charge, and told me they thought they could do it and with some thinking and jigging, the got the new tires installed. Super nice, down-to-earth people.”

“I brought my car to Ebby’s after it picked up a long scrape across an exterior surface. One of their team members came outside, carefully inspected it, and was able to remove a significant portion of the visible mark. He was honest that the remaining damage would need to be handled by a specialist and gave me a referral rather than trying to sell me work they weren’t equipped to perform.
When I asked what I owed, he said there was no charge and simply asked me to leave a review. That level of honesty, helpfulness, and generosity deserves recognition. I would absolutely recommend Ebby’s to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy service.”
“The people working at place are always friendly. The work is reasonably priced. They never purposely find things wrong during inspection just to pull in more money. If you have checked your car ahead of time and addressed issues like light bulbs and break pads, etc; then you will most likely only be charged for the inspection. That is not the case at many other inspection facilities.”
